The Home was in the perfect location. We loved our mornings overlooking the ocean watching turtles play. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. And centrally located on the island with easy drives to the North or South. The condo itself had everything you want at home. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were super comfortable. I can’t say enough about how much we loved it. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

My husband and I booked our stay last minute And were blown away by this property. The views, the amenities, absolutely everything was amazing. We will book this property again and again!! We had the most relaxing week in our own personal paradise.

This unit is centrally located between the northside (Hanalei Bay) and the westside (Waimea Canyon) and provided all the essentials to make a 7 day stay comfortable. Accessing the unit was easy using a keypad versus a physical key, and the assigned parking spot made it easy to get to the unit via a short walkway. You have a bakery across the street and a shopping center (doubles as an outdoor amphitheater with free entertainment on certain days and a weekly farmer’s market) within walking distance with restaurants, shops and a mini mart. My disappointment came when I could not locate an actual thermostat to control the central A/C unit which had vents in each room, leaving us to only have access to the A/C units in both bedrooms. There was only two evenings that proved to be too warm and muggy to sit in the living room, so we spent those evenings sitting on the lanai which was well furnished with two loungers and a full-size table with 4 chairs. The beach which is shown in the photo is not one that you want to spend any time on. The sand is more like fish tank gravel that sinks with each step you take, not to mention the full-size dead tree blocking your enjoyment. You will have to walk past two properties via the same beach access to be in a more respectful (but small) beach area. If you want to be at a real beach, visit the nearby Lydgate State Park which is great for swimming, picnicking, and snorkeling in two protected lagoons. The pool was very nice & very close.

Everything was perfect: location, property, amenities (even beach gear), welcome gifts!, amazing pool, amazing views and small beach few steps away. Perfect location that allows you to head north or south depending on activities or weather. Super close to town for restaurants, supermarkets and more The house is perfect, with everything you will ever need and more. And great communication with the managers We hope we will come back soon

This condo was amazing for our family of six. We had a beautiful ocean view we enjoyed every morning and the saltwater pool was incredible. Our family spent our days exploring the island's beaches and hiking trails: this is a great central place to come home to if you are wanting to see different sides of the island. I fully took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was imperative after all that exploring! Lots of wonderful amenities (beach chairs, Brita water filters, coolers, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher) came in clutch to make our trip more comfortable. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and found it to be accommodating. The bedrooms have air conditioners and they are wonderful. However, the pull out couch in the living room may be a warm for an adult to use. It worked great for our kids: my hot-blooded sons never complained as there is a floor fan and a ceiling fan. We were close to many amenities per car: several restaurants, 15 minutes from wal-mart, 2 minutes from a popular shopping mall, less than five minutes from several beaches, 15 minutes from the airport. Enjoy!!

Great location of the entire property and I really liked where our unit was kinda tucked away. I couldn't see the pool though so something to consider if you have kids etc... The place was clean and any staff we interacted with were really great folks.

We enjoyed this property. Beautiful views of the ocean. Enjoyed watching turtles, geckos and numerous birds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this property. Excellent access to the beach and a beautiful view. The property manager was helpful and quickly responded to any questions.

Really quiet and private location away from much of the tourist areas, with great food options close by, both walking distance and just a few mins away in Kapaa. The A/C units in both rooms made some noises which meant we left them off at night but fans were available and the unit was otherwise very comfortable.

Joint honeymoon, we wanted to stay forever.

We had already booked a condo that we found out didn't have AC. In searching for a place my 1yr old and wife would be ok with we found this gem. It really made our stay. The pool is salt water and just incredible. The layout is perfect and having AC in the rooms was a life saver for my wife.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a nice, quiet complex with a beautiful view. The condo is great. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. There are beach chairs and umbrellas and other supplies for use. Management was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our needs.

The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed but the best feature was the spectacular view. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Kauai. It’s walking distance to shopping and restaurants including a great cafe/bakery across the street. Couldn’t have been happier with the place overall.

This was a beautiful and nicely furnished VRBO. It was also in a great location and just off the ocean. I sat out back and enjoyed my morning coffee every day listening to the ocean. The pool was nice and used it several times during our stay. It was nice to swim in the pool before we showered and got ready for dinner. We ran into 2 issues during our stay. The cable television and the A/C units in the bedrooms. The cable was not working and there was a loud buzzing noise coming from the A/C units. We reached out to the rental team. We were later contacted by Krystal. She was awesome. She made it a priority not to disturb our stay in any way, despite me informing her that I could meet her at the rental. We gave her approval to enter our rental without us being there. Krystal later called me to let me know that she was in our rental. My family and I happened to be out back at the pool. I asked if she would like me to meet her in the rental. Again, she made it a priority not to disturb us and said that it would not be necessary. Krystal contacted the cable company and was able to get the cable up and running. She then reached out to the A/C company to inquire about the loud buzzing noise. I also provided a short video of the noise. Krystal updated me after she left our rental. Unfortunately, the noise was not solved during our stay. Despite the 2 issues, we had a great stay.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing views. This home came well equipped with everything we needed and then some. Felt like our home away from home but with a great view. Can’t wait to return.

This property and it's view are stunning. Perfect location. Very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was so easy and any questions we had were answered almost immediately. We're ready to return!

Loved the property. Small, gated and quiet. The condo was in a good location, well stocked and adequately furnished. Communication with the property managers was a bit lacking. Glitches in arrival instructions, and lack of departure instructions on what to do with linens, towels, dishes, etc. was not as thorough as we have had in other VRBO rentals.

We booked a vacation with some friends and stayed in 1D. Pictures do this condo no justice. Waking up each morning to hear the ocean and sitting on the patio watching the sun come up made a perfect start to each day.

Thought we were in the wrong place until we opened the amazing sliding glass doors to the ocean. This really is a special place. It had plenty of towels and was very modern. We highly recommend it.

The view from the lanai was beautiful. The space was small but comfortable for three. The decor was dated and window treatments worn. Shower curtain was dirty and found a roach in the bathroom on the second day. Also the sheets were dingy.

With all the exploring on the island the only regret was a lack of time and energy to just enjoy the pool beach and condo right at our finger tips...wish we had another week to just hang out
