Perfect for extended family Christmas celebration - comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, very close to beach access. Great kitchen for cooking - had everything we needed. Would stay again!

We had a great time staying here, the proximity to the beach was amazing. I did think the fenced yard was included, which it is not (it didn't actually say that in description of the property but the pictures had made me think the adjacent yard was included), so it was a little bit of a pain with my dogs who aren't used to going potty on leashes, & there isn't much yard to use for that, but we managed it. I would also suggest a door lock system for the master bedroom door. Everything else was super awesome, the hot tub, the master bathroom, the balcony & I wish we had stayed more days to enjoy it longer.

Family vacation was awsome. The home had plenty of room for 5 adults .2 kids and 2 babies. The beach was very close and we were very lucky to have amazing weather. We did have trouble with the dish washer on the second day and was told we would not have a dishwasher repair person available until after our stay. Luckily my son in law was able to find loose wiring and repair for us. Phew!!! Great stay though

Loved the location for the family, very clean, great views and the tablet for check in/info was very convenient.

We had a group of 7 adults over 70. We all enjoyed it very much. Good location, and well appointed home. It even has foodball and ping pong. The master suite was so nice, we had a drawing for which couple got that room. Unfortunately it wasn’t us.:)

We had a great time. The weather was gorgeous and it was great to be so close to the beach access. The house was well represented by the online pictures. Very comfortable and the layout worked well for our group.

Great place to relax and enjoy time with your family. Super close to the beach and the hot tub was amazing. We went on daily walks around the neighborhood and played golf.

Love the beach and had a great time with family. Location of property was good. Cleanliness bad ,worst I’ve ever experienced. Furniture poor and badly stained. Sheets in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms were stain.Looked like old blood stain. Will not stay at this property again. The please needs a complete inspection of every area of this home. vents that needs cleaned and stained bed mattress. Signed sad customer

This is a great place to stay. My family complimented me on finding such a nice place. The only critique is very petty, that orange love seat is very uncomfortable.

We were a group of 12; 6 from Oregon, 6 from New York! We spent the whole week at the house, playing games and walks on the beach. Grateful for the extra large table for meals and games. Also lots of room to spread out in smaller groups or alone. Loved the Pool Table, Ping/Pong, and Foos Ball in the garage! And of course the Hot Tub. Critiques: 1. Main floor toilet needs to be better secured to the floor. 2. Dishwasher needs to be replaced or serviced. We used it daily, it would not adequately clean the top rack of dishes. 3. Please upgrade the kitchen cooking utensils, can opener, and add at least 12 more dinner plates. Because of 2&3, we used a lot of time washing dishes to keep up.

Nice, new property. Very clean and well maintained. Not directly on the beach front but you can see a bit from the living room. And you definitely hear the waves. I especially liked the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor which was good for my elderly mom

Our large family enjoyed the house and it’s wonderful location. We were just a short staircase from the ocean. We had a campfire on the beach. The weather was perfect. The house worked out very well!

Very clean & well taken care of. Easy access to the beach & close to town. There were 9 of us so there was plenty of room & lots of activities for us. We all had a very relaxing fun week there.

The property is nicely situated to havequick and easy beach access, but buffered somewhat from the crashing surf. Kitchen is well equipped and we comfortably seated twelve for meals. Master bath is fantastic. Would have been nice to have some decent chairs in the deck to enjoy the view. Overall an excellent experience.

Location in conjunction to the beach was wonderful especially with small children in our group. Check in process was painless. House is well stocked with all kitchen supplies needed for a short stay. Very disappointed with overall cleanliness. Dust bunnies and hair everywhere, filthy baseboards and floors appeared dirty and felt that way on your bare feet. No dust pan provided to use with broom. Dishwasher is showing its age. Overall furniture condition is well used and bed frames very wobbly. Middle upstairs bathrooms shower drain extremely slow to empty. In our opinion cleaning protocol should be upgraded. Disappointed as this was our kids and grandkids Christmas gift for our family 😔

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. Access to the beach was awesome and the views were nice. Good home for a large gathering of family and/or friends. Cleanliness/general maintenance of the home could have been better. Beds a bit saggy and upstairs bathroom tub didn’t drain well. Kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. were very basic, cheap, and incomplete. If you need anything special for cooking, be sure and bring it. Only very basic cleaning supplies provided. Broom, but no dustpan, no mop.

This house was fully stocked with everything you would need when you are at the beach .

We had a great time at this property and most enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Just a few short steps from beach access, we were able to maximize our time and take advantage of the stellar weather. Peakaboo ocean views from various spots were fun as well. We had some issues getting in touch with the property manager to get basic supplies (e.g. dishwasher detergent) and several of our inquires through their provided tablet (which is indicated as the preferred method of communication) went unanswered. We finally called and we’re told that the number provided in our welcome email was incorrect. Still - just a minor inconvenience. The property could definitely be cleaner. Floors were sandy, beds had pet hair on the comforters, sheets were stained. Some of that is expected in a beach house, but with toddlers who spend a good amount of time on the floor, we did have to do some vacuuming and mopping before we were comfortable. All told, we enjoyed our time and would recommend this property to groups of adults (presuming they don’t spend time crawling on the floor! 🤣).

Really enjoyed the whole house and especially the games in the garage for the kids. The towel service was a little confusing, could have used a little more instruction on how that worked. But all in all, great stay

We really enjoyed this property! It was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, great view of ocean, and easy beach access. Our family of 4 plus my parents had enough room to be comfortable but also enjoyed being together in the open concept kitchen/dining/living area. Fireplaces were a huge hit as it was quite stormy for a few days. The hot tub was perfect for after long walks each day. We really appreciated the camping chairs available to use on the beach! On our last day our youngest said he didn't want to leave and could we come back!

The home had everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our vacation.

This is a beautiful home, natural light and great views of the ocean. The home was clean, inviting as soon as we walked in. (There was soothing music playing upon entry) The only downside- the primary suite bed wasn’t terribly comfortable, unless you really like a firm mattress. I would absolutely rent this house again.

There were a couple of minor broken things in the house (table leg and toilet paper holder), but otherwise it was a great house. Clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. They even had a kids umbrella stroller that you could use as well as beach toys. For check-out duties, all we had to do was put all of the towels in one place and make sure the dishes were cleaned. Pretty easy!

We mostly enjoyed our time at the Just For The Halibut house. At no fault of the owners there was construction all around us, but thankfully staying over a holiday workers were few. A few suggestions would be, comfy furniture in the living area. The furniture there now is not inviting or comfortable. Kitchen was actually stocked decent but on the shelf marked 'serving platters' there wasn't any. This made serving a holiday dinner more challenging. The stairs going to the second level were steep and narrow. The end cap trim made coming downstairs difficult and painful unless you had shoes on. There is a view of the ocean but there is no privacy at this house. All in all we had a wonderful time but would probably find a home better suited for us. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.
