buena ubicacion

el primer desayuno fue malo, no tenian mermelada,frutas,jugo solicitamos y la respuesta fue se acabo, despues de reclamar aparecieron lo quequitos frutas etc. la cama durisima, informamos situacion pero no solucionaron solicitamos cena la primera noche, no tenian lo de la carta precio realcion servicio malisimo ya que es uno de los hoteles caros del valle La habitacion con la ducha suelta a punto de caer, el agua o era hirviendo o congelada, no fue facil ducharse, imposible lavarse el pelo ( te cocias o congelabas) si bien era tranquilo pero la mala ubicacion de las cabañas hacia que se sintiera a los vecinos hablar en tu oido piscina sin mantencion o limpieza.... llena de hojas no dan ganas de bañarse. en definitiva lo que se esperaba que fuera espectacular se transformo el primer dia en desagrado y malos momentos

everything ! the staff were super friendly. saludos a Diana 💕 she was super nice to us. will definitely misss this place. totally recommend! also the breakfast is yummy

Good location and eager staff who promised much but did not really deliver. Nice gardens and sitting our area.

Expensive for what we got compered to other placed we have stayed at in Chile. Many dogs barking at night. Poor breakfast and kitchen had run out of most things we wanted to eat. Bathrooms need some upgrade.

Patricia is very nice and welcoming. Nice and peaceful environment. Flowers everywhere. Very clean room/bathroom.

Restaurant needs improvement. Food is good but restaurant is not at the level of its potential. Breakfast is good, banana muffin was a nice addition to the eternal eggs/ham/cheese.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The grounds were beautiful and private and a great location. Breakfast can be delivered so you can eat on your terrace.

Not the properties issue, but multiple dogs barking all night long in very close proximity. This has been an issue in every small town throughout the country. Difficult sleeping.
