Perfect.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has some great 70s features and is genuinely dog-friendly. The kitchen was well-equipped (though the coffee machine was broken). Spotlessly clean, with comfy beds, though I do think for the price the hosts could manage to provide linen. There weren’t any extra blankets to be found, just as the cold weather hit - the two panel heaters would not be adequate in full winter. The views are lovely, the neighbourhood is great and I’d recommend the house, with a couple of tweaks to make it a bit more homely.

I have stayed at this property a few times and i keep coming back. Amazing property, beautiful views, pet friendly, has everything you need.

Great views, very clean house, lots of space.

Overall a great place in a quiet neighbourhood with a great view overlooking the inlet. Cleaning probably requires a little more attention - there were a lot of items left under couches/seats within the property. Owners were kind enough to organise linen on our behalf - we ordered for 4 adults (separate beds), but only two queen beds were made up for us when we arrived - the two single beds were left without sheets meaning that we essentially had to share beds for our 8 day stay. Looking back on it, I think it was a blessing in disguise - the upstairs has a much more pleasant and open feel than downstairs. Having the option to go up and down inside and outside the house really helped with flexibility. Good sized backyard with plenty of little critters to keep you entertained - including lizards. Aeroguard or some kind of repellant is essential if you want to enjoy the outdoor deck - which looks out over a beautiful vantage point - from the inlet on one end to the ocean on the other. Neighbours are quite friendly. Short drive to the shops and city centre.

Nice comfortable house, with a few extra touches for dogs (poo bags, leashes, etc.) which was thoughtful. Owners were responsive. The area is quite hilly so definitely needed to drive everywhere, and the driveway was quite steep

My husband, two teenagers and two of their friends had a wonderful week at Birbells. Great location, fantastic views, plenty of room and very clean. The two dogs also loved it. Don't hesitate to book this property if you are visiting Narooma.

Good location, very clean and well set out for a family. Great improvements since our last visit 2 years ago - extended deck and installation of fans. Just suggest informing people that the only bedding provided are heavy doonas as a lighter blanket is required at night if the evenings get a bit cool..

We had a fantastic week in this great home. Very clean, well appointed and close to all of the restaurants, shops, walks etc that Narooma has to offer. Would definitely go back to this one.

We loved our stay at Sharon & Steve's property. The views from the balcony were just beautiful and the property was so clean. You won't find too many places right in the middle of narooma that represent better value for money. We hope to have the pleasure of staying again!

Birbells is located above Wagonga Inlet and has great views. The property is spacious and well maintained. We had a few minor problems and they were attended to straight away. A good place for family or mixed groups to stay. I would stay there again.

We had a lovely weekend. The views from the balcony are beautiful and location is great - close to Marina. The house is nice and comfortable and has all you need. The only thing we regretted is that the fencing around the balcony is not transparent and you cannot enjoy these beautiful views while sitting in the living room.

Great property. 5 minute walk to the Marina, which I think is the highlight of Narooma. Property is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. I would recommend this property and stay again. The only downside is one TV, which makes it tricky if adults and kids want some separation.

We loved our time spent at Birbells. The check in process was easy, the location was beautiful & peaceful & communicating with the hosts was a breeze. The house was lovely & clean & was well stocked with cooking utensils, appliances & other household items. Property has become a favourite for our family. Is comfortable, clean and well appointed . Beds are comfortable. Location is sensational and the view from upstairs is second to none . Great for a family and pet friendly to boot. Hosts have always been super helpful and communication is easy. Highly recommend.
