Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen.

There was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Everything was great

The owner was contactable and helpful. The location was exact. Walking distance to everything. Very well stocked with toilet papper and cleaning products, some basic things in the cupboard like sugar/salt, tea. Had a washing machine and basic equipment to cook a meal in the appartment.

Had a bit of a problem receiving the emails with instructions. I was getting an email only with a confirmation but no additional information. I did not know how to get into an appartment untill I called the owner and asked to send the instrutions over the text. He was very helpful and send all the information.

Close to centre

Bedroom very small. Curtains didnt cover all of the wiindows. Matress very badly stained.

I booked it not for me, but for my parents. It was easy for them to follow all instuctions about the key and so on. The location was really great, it's what they liked most of all.

May be it would be nice to add soap and shampoo it the bath.

The shower

The location was amazing -- a beautiful street in the old town, very close to the town centre but far enough that there wasn't much noise. Lots of little restaurants serving cheap local food nearby (including a great ice cream shop). The room itself was spacious and very clean, and we got the keys with no hassle even though we arrived rather late at night. We didn't meet the hosts, but they were friendly over messages.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on, but it was fine for a few nights. The only problem we had was that the chandelier was a bit loose and rattled when the lodgers in the room above walked around too heavily.

it was fairly clean and good value for the place. easy to find/easy to get into.

it was not right in the middle of the square and the comforter my friend used had a bunch of stains on it.

Amazing apartment right next to the old town with super markets and restaurants all around.

Great location very close to main square and trams.

No remote for fire stick on the TV which meant limited choice for viewing.

I was settled to the incorrect address, different from the address on the map while booking the apartment. I intentionally picked the 31-153 Krakow, close to Krakow Glowny railway station. I made my plans and arrangements of tickets and travel according to the wanted address. And the actual result was 6 plac an Groblach, near the Wavel castle. That I found out when received the settlement instructions on the day of arriving to Krakow. Wavel castle is far away from the expected railway station. I wrote to the contact person on the situation, and he responded that they cannot do anything with that, no change of apartment and even said that I booked that on my own! I consider that inappropriate! As a customer, I select a spot on the map, which means I’m booking that spot, I want to live there, not in the other district! I attach the email confirmation of the booked address (I understand it’s not in English on the screenshot, but it’s says in black and white ‘31-153’, initial wanted number of the street. Plus the screen of map with expected and actual addresses.

Perfect location in Cracow: (almost) everything is in walking distance, towels are included, host was really friendly and we were able to check in earlier.

Cleanliness was ok. Bed linen and towels were fresh, but the apartment and furniture are quite worn. For us, it was fine for two nights.

My only thing to say about this property is that there wasn’t a hairdryer (or I couldn’t find it if there was one!)

Accommodation is clean and bright, fully equipped with all necessary items. Location is great which allows easy access to city center and all kinds of transport. Easy self check-in and check-out. Best option for tourists for several days stay. We really enjoyed our stay.
