The Boat House was awesome. It had everything from a blower for the leaves, to board games, beach towels and the kitchen was superb. The fridge even had an ice maker. We celebrated my 70th birthday with family, we were a party of 18 and my husband did the catering and it had everything he needed. The pool was lovely. The weather was a little dreary but the beach is right there. We will be back :)

Location was fantastic - 30m walk direct to beach, no road to cross. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed. House layout was great.
Only thing we could suggest is queen beds through out instead of just doubles BUT that’s being picky!

Everything, the location the house the pool. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL....
The decor was beautiful done, but I'd suggest if you have toddlers staying that you put all the ornamentals up high so they can't get to it...Sorry if everything was misplaced that what I had to do so the little buggers didn't break anything...

Location is magnificent, right on the beach. It is superb. House is very clean and has everything there for you. We were very happy.

House was great, location great, decor lovely, the view and gardens beautiful and very the home was very clean.
Only a couple of minor things to improve.
1. Although cane couches looked lovely something a little more comfortable would be ideal for relaxing at night watching a movie.
2. Need a seat at the beach!!
3. Having multiple photos of what we assume were the owners of the home was a little weird.

The boathouse is a classic beach holiday, great views lovely relaxed living area and great pool loved the outside bathroom

Beautiful and clean house - magic location
Didn’t worry us with only one child but there isn’t a main bathroom in the house with only an ensuite inside and an outside toilet and shower

Beautiful house, location and service was excellent
The only slightly negative thing was that the inside of the house only had one toilet which is in the en-suite if one bedroom. We were one family so it was OK but if not I think going to the bathroom outside in the middle of the night is not a positive.
Apart from that it was excellent . I would recommend and would stay with family again
