Absolutely nothing

The location was excellent in terms of being central to everything. The hosts were fabulous and met us on arrival to hand over the keys. The amenities were brilliant, two bedrooms and lounge and a kitchen with washing machine, a holiday home away from home.

This is totally out of the owners hands, but the street was a very busy street, and was quite noisy with traffic. This probably would have been fine, except Scotland had unusually extremely warm weather, so we had windows open to let in air, but it also let in noise.

Everything was perfect. What was not to like?

Brian is a great host, very informative from the moment we booked, he had lots of great recommendations aswell which helped with two small children. the apartment was immaculate throughout and there are lots of little helpful things including milk, pop, biscuits and other bits left for when we arrived which was a lovely touch. great location, close to the beach, train station and supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again if we where in the area.

Owner provided great directions from the railway station and met us on arrival. Fab kitchen with great facilities and a nice touch was milk, water and lemonade in the fridge. Tea and coffee also provided. Perfect for our 2-night stay. Lots of info available about the town, including taxi firms, takeaways, places to visit

Being welcomed personally by Brian was very useful, going through bits and pieces about the flat and offering tips and advice on what to do around the area. Also, a lovely touch to provide a pint of milk and a couple of things in the fridge to get us started. This flat is a little gem. It's very well looked after, well equipped, clean and comfortable. A home away from home. Having its own parking space on the premises was a bonus for us too. We'll definitely be back here.

This is a lovely apartment. Brian has thought of everything to make the flat enjoyable for visitors. He is v dependable and it made a v pleasant change to be met by a person rather than a key box! It's more hassle for Brian but he's v flexible about the time.

Excellent, roomy apartment. Well equipped, a home from home. Excellent value for money, nice to be met by owner to talk you through everything and the little pack of essentials they left for us.. Brilliant location in town near amnenities and minutes from beach and train station.

Everything was perfect . Brian met us on doors and show and explain everything . The appartament was prepare on high standard with all things we need to . With milk and water in fridge, cookie , coffee and tea. Very clean place. Wifi was in good spead that we could use it without any . Localisation is also the best - 5 min walk from train , 10 to the ayr beach. I am so so happy .
