Super Lage mitten im Altstadtzentrum, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bäcker gleich um die Ecke mit leckerem Baguette und Croissant . Die Wohnung sauber und großzügig . Auch ein 2. Bad über den Flur steht zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren gut , sie waren auch schon bezogen . Es war schön warm zur Begrüßung, wir mussten nicht frieren. Der Check in war problemlos. Der Fahrstuhl klein aber zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist toll und hat noch einiges ungenutztes Potenzial und einen Parkplatz - kostenlos.

Es fehlt das kritische Auge, das Missstände erkennt und beseitigt, kaputtes Inventar aussortiert und durch neues ersetzt. Das fand ich sehr schade. Es fehlt einfach an der Fürsorge für die Wohnung. Der Parkplatz ist echt nicht leicht zu finden und auch nur mit dem Schlüssel zur Tiefgarage erreichbar der in der Wohnung liegt . Also das kann besser vorab schon mitgeteilt werden. Man kann ganz schlecht in den engen Gassen parken.

Appartamento molto spazioso in pieno centro a Colmar, ideale per chi viaggia in gruppo e desidera stare insieme agli altri. La casa è dotata di tutto l'occorrente per la permanenza. Posizione ottimale per visitare la città a piedi e ottimo anche il servizio di parcheggio gratuito per un'auto, raggiungibile in circa 7 minuti di macchina e 5 minuti a piedi.

Scarsa pulizia dell'appartamento, molta polvere a terra e sui tappeti. Molti accessori vecchi o danneggiati. Letti non molto comodi. Per accedere al parcheggio incluso nel prezzo è necessario utilizzare il telecomando presente in casa, ma questo aspetto non è specificato sulla guida inviata prima dell'arrivo, pertanto si consiglia prima di entrare in appartamento per ritirare il telecomando e scaricare i bagagli e solo dopo andare a parcheggiare l'auto. Non sapendolo, ho lasciato il resto della famiglia sotto casa e mi sono diretto al garage, rimanendo bloccato lì per circa mezz'ora in attesa di ricevere assistenza (sono stati comunque molto gentili nel raggiungermi con un altro telecomando).

A beautiful appartement in a perfect location. We only spent two nights but it would be perfect to stay longer.

Due to the very hot weather during our stay, air-conditioning would have been great. One unit worked and the second unit did not work. It was pointed out to us that the appartement came 'without this facility'. Still, this would have added greatly to the comfort in the middle of summer.

Great space on the top floor with lift access (rare in old towns), great kitchen with everything you needed to cook a great meal and a huge dining table. Coffee machine didn't work but the hosts were great and quickly provided a working coffee machine for our stay. Overall very spacious for a family and very comfortable

Maybe the showers in the bathrooms could have been a bit better, water got a bit all over the floor. But overall it was great.

Some of the mattress are much wider then the beds and they sink at the edges which is uncomfortable.

BEDS WERE AWFUL! And so was the lighting. We spent $50 buying Christmas lights to reduce the glaring overheads.

The place is big and well located.

There was no elevator, and the apartment is on the THIRD floor. The air conditioning generator is above the rooms and MAKES A TERRIBLE NOISE so we COULD NOT SLEEP. We talked to the agency, they sent a person, and he said there was nothing he could do. I contacted the agency and the most disrespectful person told us that the noise was a “little noise” and that “we did not need the AC”. Another pearl: one of the bathrooms is outside of the partment…..very inconvenient. Well overpriced and HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Top Location with good equipment.

But super hot for warm month. We requested several times to start/install AC. But there was no feedback from the appartment owner, which was dissatisfying for the entire group. A claim was w/o response. Pls consider for booking in the warm period.
