Very fast internet connection which is not so common in New Zealand. We had to work remotely and were able to connect on the cameras without any problems. They let us do check out 1 hour later.
Neighborhood, children playing loudly in front of the window until late, the kitchen could be a little bigger

Pleasant reception welcomed us and gave access to our room on first floor. Room was clean and welcoming. Off street parking is available and premises in good location if you have a car.
No wifi. Fault meant no wifi for the entire weekend. They left apology notice on reception door. The lack of wifi caused problems as needed it for work. Costly to purchase data.
Kitchenette had microwave, jug and toaster. Not able to prepare decent meal as one cracked microwave bowl provided. 2 sets of basic cutlery. 2 mugs, 2 plates, 2 glasses. Bare minimum and far less than we had available at cheaper accommodation elsewhere on our trip.
$5 to use washer and drier but only one available for entire motel.

Spacious bedrooms
Seemed dirty. Couch, cushions are fabric and just seemed dirty. Carpets needed a good clean.
Bathroom smelt and so did under the sink.
Roller blind in kitchen was broken.
Metal piece kept falling off shower head.
Side door didn’t lock from the outside or inside.
Shower floor not ideal for babies, slippery.

Having a bath! And having 2 bathrooms so the teen could have his space! Fantastic kitchen facilities.
Have an option for a preferred servicing time. We were in Christchurch for a sports competition and were resting when the staff came. Not having Sky!

The room was amazing the location was noisy but was good value for money.

Our second stay and we were just as happy as last time. Late check in was easy and the room was very comfortable and bathroom facilities were great.

Very big 2 bed apartment with excellent heating for the cold winter. Views are awesome. Kitchen is good
No mobile signal in the phone . Please look into the wifi password and boarding pass before you reach the venue.

The manager kept me posted about keys and location etc. He turned on heater a few hours before our arrival that made our stay nice cosy and warm :) Facilities were good for the price - no complaints.
The refrigerator was old and made a lot of noise. We had turn it off at night as the sound was coming even in both bedrooms.

honestly whats not to like about this property ,great location, clean,tidy ,spacious and cosy apartment .most important great customer service from Ran.
Ran made our say so comfortable we didn’t want to leave, beautiful personality really good guy can’t thank him enough, will definitely be back

The room was very comfortable, warm, roomy and clean. The shower was awesome.The staff were so helpful, communicative and understanding. Great value for money!

Distasteful portraits hanging and felt very uncomfortable not having a bolt or chain lock inside the door.

Sort the signing out, the place needs done up, it’s really quite dirty in showers etc defo won’t book here again

Unit clean and beds comfortable.
There was not enough seating in the lounge for 4 people. Only one two seater fold out couch which was very uncomfortable and one very old an VERY uncomfortable stool.

The manager was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean, had just been renovated. Laundry facilities were useful. Enjoyed our stay.

shares the car park with a very rundown motel that the owners also manage.
laundry was under lock and key which was fine and the gentleman was very helpful when we needed it opened.
if you have a downstairs room, those upstairs sound very very loud when walking around
