Everything experienced was just acceptable on average.

Size of room. Everything was squeezed. A double bed in a strictly single room. Tiny table for coffee making facilities. Could not accommodate a laptop. No used towel hangers behind en-suite door. In appropriately placed cupboard between wall and bed. Two very large towels provided which did not serve any purpose. No hand towels whatsoever. Only two premixed coffee packets for 2 days. No tea bags. No luggage rack. Very poor lighting in en-suite and main room. Not sure if it only met the description of a two star hotel. Should have been more vigilant in the details on booking site.

Lokasi yang dekat dengan KL Sentral membuat saya terbantu untuk berangkat sesuai rencana. Kamar yang nyaman membuat sekeluarga tidak susah payah untuk istirahat.

Untuk kamar cukup baik walaupun agak sempit.

Room services

The location is about 5 minutes walk from NU Sentral. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. The lift also provided.

The room is dirty and we saw 3-4 cockroaches. The soap and shampoo were not provided until we had to ask some from the receptionist.
