We enjoyed our morning coffee with beautiful view in one of the Fruit'n Joys balcony . The owner was very nice and helpful and gave us a few restaurant's recommendations which were visited later by us. The appartment was very clean and equipped with all of the things you basically need such as coffee maschine, fridge, glasses, plates etc. We also enjoyed free welcome candies and softs. Highly recommend to everyone.

Nice apartment and kind owner. There are 2 bedrooms and it’s very comfortable for 4 persons, the kitchen is well-equipped, bathroom is fine.

Location is very far from Stresa city center, it’s located in Carciano fraction, from the Lake you have to “climb” around 10 -15 mins which is very hard for old people and/or babies. The apartment does not have air-conditioning, cleaning must be improved, in the rooms we found cobweb.

The owner is very nice and the view from the balcony is amazing!

The view is amazing and it's a lovely spot

It said it was a penthouse apartment and shows outdoor lounges to relax on. Unfortunately you can only see the views if you're on the floor as it's actually more like an attic apartment, and the verandah is actually not facing the beautiful view, however it's still a wonderful spot.

The staff was so welcoming. The facilities were very clean. We appreciated the complimentary coffee station, the big windows, the balconies, and the view.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

The place is well located and quiet enough, the balcony was great with the view, we loved that the host gives us free drinks and it's replenished every day, everything was clean, confortable and practical. We definitely loved our stay :)

Nothing really. One must be aware that it is a bit outside of the downtown and to get to all shops and restaurants its a 30min plus walk.We had bikes so no problem at all.

Great place to stop on Stresa on a bike tour of Northern Italy. Dario is very kind - he found us a safe spot for our bikes, and allowed us to wash some clothes. Inside the accommodation there's everything you need to prepare some picnic food and enjoy the views of the lake!

Quiet location, not much traffic or noise. It did not feel like a touristic area Beautiful view There was a small issue in the bathroom, the owner fixed the issue very quickly There's everything needed to make coffee, the kitchen is well organised

The walk between Fruit'n Joy and the arrival of the boats/Stresa main Piazza was too much for my Dad. It limited the activities we could do. I did not find public buses that would have made it easier for him. The ceilings and windows are lower than usual The small terrasse face the mountain, somehow I expected to have the terrasse facing the lake

Very nice staff, great view from the balcony.

No large towels were provided, which was a bit disappointing. The room is tiny and the only common area is the balcony, so nowhere comfortable to hang out on a rainy day. There's a fridge but nowhere to cook nor a microwave oven, which would be great additions.
