property was not worth £857 no doors shut properly couldn’t use the garden as both doors were locked bathroom water pressure was an absolute joke how you feel 5 lads can shower in that after a days work is beyond a joke no shower curtain filling the bath up Empty’s the water tank so a dribble at best everyday after a long day on site is a joke

you need a proper cleaner one that gets Al cobwebs from corners of rooms dust all over my bedroom

The sofa was squashed into the living room rather than being in the conservatory like the photos showed, making it hard to fit all 8 of us in the room comfortably. The conservatory was full of household items and unusable, the room connecting to the conservatory was boiling and couldn't open the door due to it being locked. There was barely any hot water, we had to work out the boiler ourselves, and hope for a hot shower. The Gas cut out half way through cooking. For living up to 8 people, there weren't enough chairs inside around the table, not enough glasses, no garden furniture at all. Although shower gel was left in the shower, there was no washing up liquid or any cleaning materials at all. We had one tea towel to dry up with, but nothing to clean dishes with. All of this we had to provide ourselves. There was only one toilet roll - for 8 people for 2 nights, this obviously isn't enough. The bathroom door itself wouldn't lock either. We paid an £80 cleaning fee, but the place was probably cleaner when we left. There was face cream packets on the side in one of the bedroom, half drunk juice cartons in the kitchen cupboard and dirty marks on some of the pillows. Ive paid less money for a house for a weekend away that has been in better condition than this house was. Overall we were really unhappy with the stay.

The host had set the table for dinner which was a nice touch. The bedrooms were nicely made up and neat.

We found it quite difficult to find because the house numbers in the road don’t follow logically so some instructions about this would have been appreciated. We got a takeaway and the delivery was late because the driver couldn’t find it either! Also some instructions on how to work the heating would be good.
