There wasn't anything we didnt like about the Cottage It was the best accm on our 2 week stay in Tassie.

One bathroom

This was our second stay here. The fire was going for when we arrived, with plenty of fire wood for the entire stay. It's always such a cozy comfortable place to stay right next to a damn with ducks and very private. The chickens are very friendly, we got enough eggs from them for a few breakfasts. The cottage is well presented with lots of thoughtful touches. You won't regret staying here.

We had to leave the cottages for work, would have been better to just relax

Naivasha cottage exceeded every expectation. We arrived and were greeted straight away by the resident chickens and ducks. Once we entered the cottage, it was so inviting and warm as Linda, the host, had already set up a beautiful fire for us. The view and serenity of the property was second to none. We could not fault this property. It was a home away from home. We will be definitely staying again on our next visit to Tasmania. 10/10 Thankyou Linda

Before we arrived there was a lovely fire blazing, also milk in the fridge , it was so welcoming and then the added touch of home made biscuits was such a lovely touch

Loved everything

The location is 6 minutes outside Deloraine, on a little property that looks out across a dam with ducks & lots of wildlife all around. Our daughter adored feeding the chickens! We stayed in winter & the owners had a roaring log fire awaiting our arrival - the property was stunning! Wished we had stayed longer!

We should have asked the owners how to work the oil heater in the 3rd bedroom, but the rest of the home was toasty & warm!

We liked the wild animals that come and go and the native birds. Little pond on the edge of the forest and lovely and tranquil. Host’s lovely and left a welcoming bottle of Pinot Noir and picnic hamper. The cottage is lovely old blended with new. Animals chickens ducks to keep family occupied when feeding plus the wild rabbits

We loved the location, hospitality and the extra special touches. Communication was amazing from initial contact, sending us directions and the special thank you message at the end of our stay.

A real gem. A piece of borrowed rural paradise. Feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs. The view of the lake from our wood fired warmed lounge. The cottage was very well equipped with lots of extra touches. Linda made us very welcome..

The location was beautiful - we enjoyed looking out over the dam and watching the native wildlife. Collecting fresh eggs each day was also a nice touch. The house was well maintained and very clean.
