Dans un ensemble général, tout est correct, à part les 2 points énumérés ci dessous

Problème de condensation, dû à un manque d'installation de VMC ( je pense....! ) côté Salle de Bains, c'est un petit peu riquiqui, mais on s'est tout de mème lavé

Shame about not being able to park inside property grounds. Be good to have fridge turned on and ready

Not much to like here except the convenient location as a stop on a journey to the South.

The host is an amateur with a mean nature. The property has been built to the minimum cost for this type of rental and with no attention to the detail necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is the worst I have ever seen, built in such a way that there's no room to actually sit on the toilet properly if you are a reasonable sized adult. Like many similar units this one has an induction hob, a selection of odd pans was provided, some of which would not work on such a hob as they were aluminium. No condiments provided, mean towels etc. Hard and uncomfortable bed, poor ventilation. Parking was an issue, the owner wanted car left outside the gated site on a busy road, access was by intercom which was not always answered. I left an expensive cooler bag at the property but had no message from the owner that it was found. I called in a few days later to ask for it and was told it was binned. Disposal of client property without any notice is unacceptable.

Everything fantastic...very nice appartment and garden. Very close to Loire river. Had a nice walk in the evening. Friendly hosts. But of course you need a car. You need to park it outside the property. This is not really a problem, there is plenty of room to park. But of course the car then is not guarded and very openly visible to a lot of traffic. Anyway, nothing happened.

Charming secure property set in the grounds of the owners house but with privacy. Well equipped kitchen and good shower and comfortable beds. We arrived late for an overnight stop so didn't get to explore the Loire is which runs alongside the road but on our return will try to do this. The owners were very pleasant and helpful and also discreet and their pet dog very friendly, also their pet baby goat put himself to sleep at our feet under the patio table whilst we enjoyed our wine (adorable, we want to take him home!) We have no reservations in recommending this property
