Rooms were never cleaned every day and no new towels or rubbish removal.

Nothing. It was horrible.

The floor could have been vacuumed, our towels could have been washed. We could have been accommodated at least a roll of toilet paper but got one use out of what we were provided. It was terrible quality, the remote for the tv provided in the room was not even for the tv. Our fridge was dirty, there was stains on the wall and this gross looking squashed bug on the roof. It would have been great budget accomodation for like $70, $140 is far fetched for what you get, like if I’m paying anything to stay anywhere, I expect the room to be CLEAN. The only thing good about the place was the location being in CDB, even then, you are literally next door to Kfc where you hear the cars go through the drive through in your bathroom. At least the mirrors were clean. Thankfully, we were only staying for leisure as we live out of town, but couldn’t imagine being someone travelling for work & this is what you are presented with.

Staying next to a fast food giant not very pleasant ,centrally located but noisy and smelly

to get the room we paid for, been told our room wasn't available due to water damage ,every room was taken , we've been told a lie and ended up with very small room and no refund

Reception was friendly.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bathroom and shower are very tiny. Towels looked dirty. Benches were all scratched and unkept. Needs a good renovation.

nothing about the property, no value for money, the man is extremely rude he absolutely does not know how to retain customers, we booked family room and we were not given family room saying that you selected only two adults however he confirmed over the phone the same day that yes family room will have 2 single and 1 double bed and he charged us extra for family room but when arrived around 10pm he denied giving us the family room instead gave us 1 single and 1 double in the name of family room, ALSO HE WAS ABSOLUTELY DRUNK and filthy, he charged us extra and changed from his own words, we were happy to pay extra for an extra bed but he denied that as well, in the double bed room for two adults don’t even get me started, as soon as you enter the room ends, filthy, extremely dirty, curtains were torn apart, bed was stinking and how much did i pay for that filthy room $155 per night AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!

The room was not clean, the toilet area was disgusting The lights flickered every time the door opened and closed, the smoke alarm in the kitchen area was missing The bed was small and extremely uncomfortable There was a BULLET hole in the window!!!!

nothing it was a square box no room to move around the shower was so small you can’t move around freely the staff were rude when I asked for a refund once I seen the room and went immediately back down and told them it was not what I booked as I booked a bigger room that was supposed to have two beds in it. got a refund for the second night after a terrible sleep got woken up by the rudest cleaning person rudely saying are you leaving after trying to enter while we were in bed asleep.
