Good location close to the sea.

We knew it was supposed to be a ground floor apartment but we were really disappointed to find out that it was a basement apartment without windows. There were so many small lizards in the apartment it was very uncomfortable so we couldn't sleep with our open door which was our only source of fresh air.

We liked almost everything, especially the owners who were very polite, helpful and friendly. Facilities are clean and usable.

Furniture is little bit outdated most of all the bed which is squeaky and have very old mattress.

the location was great, the landlady very friendly and spoke English, the terrace was welcoming and the view to the coast beautiful

the facilities were extremely old, generally this doesn’t disturb us but at least the bathroom should be renovated, please do something about the bathtub!

The view is nice and the apartment is close to the bus stop, city center and the beach. To piran it takes a 10min bus drive, which goes every 15min.

The communication works via a booking agency and not directly with the owner, who is living on the property too. This lead to some misunderstandings which should actually have been solved before our arrival between the agency and the owner. Apart from that we did not really feel welcome there. The property is on hill and we got there on a really steep walk. The apartment itself was in the cellar and had only one window, so it was really dark the whole day and not easy to get a bit fresh air in. The bed were actually two single beds, so there was a big gap between the two beds. The furniture and the mattress seems really old. The fridge was not working properly. The view is actually nice but it's only possible to see something of it, if you go on the terrace, which had to be shared with others guest and the owner too. All in all this was really disappointing and not worth the money.

The apartment is nice and clean with a big kitchen. There’s a private balcony with sea view and also a shared terrace where you can sit if you like. Perfect location near the walking trails and close to the sea. You can also walk along the shore to Piran in 30min.

the nearest beach is one where you have to rent loungers so your cant lie there with your towel. However, there are several locations where you can lie perfectly within walking distance

Beautiful location - villa and the garden, very nice owners, warm room with its own spirit, very good price, a few minutes from city center and beach.

Smaller bed for tall people, our room would be less confortable for longer stay.
