Spacious Modern Bright Exceptionally clean well equipped and one minute from the Beach

Nothing everything was perfect

Great location à few steps away from the beach, train station, 5 blocks from restaurants, Nice view... Laura prepared the apartment with everything we could hope for, and was helpful for an easy check out. Ample apartment , very clean, nice kitchen, + +

It's very practical rather than luxurious (good for us). The first store is 5 blocks away, no big deal.

Everything was perfect except the works in the building beginning at 7.30am during out stay

The host was extremely accommodating and kind, I am grateful for their hospitality and generosity in letting me check in early and check out late. The apartment was such a relief to get to after the heat and busyness of Rome - it was spacious, comfortable, had nice little outdoor area (balcony) and views of the ocean. Close to the train so easily accessible by public transport, right next to a little pizza and gelato kiosk, short stroll to some cafes and a grocer and a good walk into town. It was exactly what I needed to get a seaside break and have space to study. Free beach is across the road so easy to access and enjoy a swim at.

Something to note is that if you have large suitcases (which I did not thankfully!) the lift is very small and there are a number of stairs, so best to bring small luggage if possible. My only other feedback is that there was no kettle to make tea, so I was boiling hot water in the microwave, but there were plenty of teas and coffee provided by the host.

The view was amazing, location great and the apartment was very modern - lovely!!

close to the sea front, close to the station close food shops. very clean and neat. everything you need from a summer holiday apartment was available

The owner is extremely kind and caring! the appartement has a direct view of the sea! The free beach is just on the other side of the street. we had a great time in Ostia!
