We choose this hotel because of the location. Half an hour drive to Bilbao and because it was a studio with kitchen facilities. I did not know anything else about the location or area. But it exceeded my expectations. It is a modern studio unit in rural Bask Country. We were not so lucky with the weather, but there is a nice balcony with a view towards the hills. Kitchen is well equipped and the owner is very friendly and helpful. There was a broken light and after we reported this, it was fixed within 15 minutes. Yes, the location is in a very quiet area. You can go for a walk, but no restaurants, except for the local bar ( owned by the owners of the studio ). there are four units.

The room is really big and has everything you need. The host is the nicest woman and will do everything that she can for you. The area is amazing, in the middle of the mountains and the perfect spot to start hiking or cycling. Bilbao is only 30 minutes away and the road to the city is breathtaking. My kids were invited to play with the kids of the host and the loved it.

I missed some salt and pepper to cook with.

Our host was so lovely and helpful. The place was large and had the most beautiful outlook. We had a kitchen and washer and lovely bathroom. The village was so beautiful. The view from our deck was stunning. You felt miles away but were only 30mins from Bilbao.

Was a little warm at night..we kept the door open to deck which was great..but maybe a fan would be good.

Family running apartment so nice and friendly. Really hard workers. They run a bar across the road which has lovely food and drink.

Maybe a kettle to make tea.
