Apartment was a great size, 10 minute walk from Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants close by and 5 minute walk to Termini or Cavour Metro.

Shower tile grout had spots of mold and wet towels from previous guests were left in laundry and were smelly.

The keyless entrance with the codes available on the phone was very handy on arrival. The apartment was big and well furnished, with reasonably new pieces of furniture. The wifi worked perfectly as well as the air conditioning, making arrival and stay very comfortable. The location is great, 15 minutes walking distance from Termini station and with restaurants and bar at walking distance too. The washing machine was in an area a bit difficult to reach but worked well when used. The communication with the hots was easy, with the phone number clearly shown in the booking as well as inside the apartment.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not good at all, and with two children liking to spend a lot of time on the floor, this was not great at all. The shower was awful, the shower head would not stay in place, so you always had to keep it in your hand and the drain was so slow that we had to sop in between showers to avoid the water overflowing from the shower. Definitely an unpleasant experience! The beds only had one bed sheet laid on top of the mattress with no mattress cover, therefore you were forced to sleep without bed sheets. For our children we had to use the towels from the shower. It is the first time in my life I have seen this on a bed. The cot was unusable, extremely dirty, as dirty were the spare blankets in the box in the room that we were advised to use in the absence of bed sheets.

Location is great. Appartment is renovated, clean and has some charm (ex: ceiling in wood). Beds are comfortable, and multiple extra beds to arrange kids. Laundry machine is helpful.

.So... This rental has a lot of potential (9+) but it clearly lack some love on maintenance. Air Conditioning is NOT working properly. 3 heads, seems modern enough, BUT does not cool the air... We cleaned the filters ourselves (clearly not cleaned by owner for years) to try to get some flow, but it did not solved the main issue. With the 40°c of our week there, it was really bad... We enquired the owner for having someone come to fix it, we received a classical 'should come next day', but of course nobody came... The shower spray was leaking a lot (so very few pressure) and the bathroom faucet was sprouting all over. The kitchen lacked towels, most casseroles and pans were not working with the induction hob/plate, not real coffee machine or Moka Pot (there was a really tiny one but not working on the induction hob). 3 TVs but no way to make coffee, in Italy! A shame...:-) No instructions on how to handle the garbage at the end of the stay... ... So in the end, if all these points would be fixed, I would highly recommend this place. Until then, try to avoid it if the temperature is hot outside.

The location is good and the rooms are spacious

We arrived around 4pm on a Friday to find the room had not been cleaned at all. There was a phone number to call but no matter how many times we called, nobody answered and although I left several messages, nobody called back. A lady finally came to clean in the evening and it was only around 9pm that we could use the room. Very inconvenient especially with small children. I attach photos of the state of the appartment when we arrived. The accommodation promised a refund for the first night, which I am yet to receive after nearly 3 months. In one if the beds, the duvet did not have a duvet cover, only a flat sheet. I wrote to the management company during our stay about not having a duvet cover but they just said they have some issues and did not bring any duvet cover during our stay. The other bed had a duvet cover, but I am not sure if they were changed from the previous guests... The toaster had a piece of bread inside from the previous guests, and the sponge for the dishes were very old and worn out. All in all, poor hygene and cleanliness standard. Also, it seems there is a pole dancing bar next doors to the building and it was very noisy outside in the middle of the night.

Door Access could have been managed in better way. Atleast some kind of instruction will help. Air conditioning was not working properly. It was completely under powered for the room size. Hardly it was cooling the rooms. Having fans would have really helped.

Fantastic space for a young family - 2 separate bedrooms was perfect! We made use of the fully equipped kitchenette and dining table all 3 nights. The location was great - easy walk to the Colosseum, and very close to the main train station. Absolutely LOVED it!

This is a huge apartment which can easily fit a family or a group of friends. Modern, clean, very spacious, great location with lots of lovely restaurants, gelateria, shops nearby, walking distance from Termini to easily get to/from the airport and walking distance to lots of attractions such as the Colosseum. All facilities great - internet, TV, kitchen, extra bits for babies, towels, hot shower, comfy beds. Felt very secure and was clean. Great value for money and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Apartment is in a good location, somewhere between the train station and the Colosseum. Is is large, good for families and it has comfy beds.

The apartment was not clean at all, a lot of dust on the floor (I understand that we booked in the same day, but it should have been kept clean). It was hair in the bathroom and no toiletries at all (not even toilet paper). Also no towels in the kitchen. When we arrived the window was open and it was very cold inside. Since there's no heat except air inverters in each room (which are poor in generating heat), it took two days to warm the rooms. There is a classic steel coffee maker, but it doesn't work with the induction plate (?!).

Overall the apartment was ideal, great location, great restautants nearby, close to city centre. I would definetely recommend it. We felt there great for those 6 days.

Contact with the owner was really difficult. We had problems with getting into the apartment when we arrived. I called him 5 times he send me a text next day. Im courious what would happened if we didnt manage to open the door. There was only one roll of toilet paper for six people for a week, no trash bags. After I texted the owner he get is only toilet paper after 2 days so we had to buy our own. In television remonte control were no batteries so we couldnt use it. I didn't also like the fact that i had to pay 30 euro plus more than mu booking reservatione said. I wasnt informed about it. When I asked why they said it is a xharge for using the paying system but it should be included earlier not when i have to pay. It wasn't also included indywidualy but in the charge for the stay and for cleanninv which is very confussing for me.

There was even a washing machine, though it wasn't in the description. The contact with the manager with Whatsapp was easy and the access to the property absolutely no problem. The apartment looked very modern.

Recycling information for the bins. It's hard to recycle in a different country and with different labeled bins that would be even easier.

Awesome location, only 10-15 minute walk from the colosseum. Area is also close to the metro and well-served by busses. Family-friendly property: host provided a crib, high chair, stroller, and potty seat. Real kitchen, with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and plates/silverware. Full-sized table with six chairs plus a high chair. Updated bathroom with a large shower. Large master bedroom. Reasonably-sized secondary bedroom. Living room and both bedrooms had large TVs. Clean and well-maintained.

Digital lock on the door was extremely difficult to open. Property is updated but it is obviously in an old building (like all the other buildings in the neighborhood). Secondary bedroom has an odd window to a hallway that desperately needs blackout curtains. Property includes a washer but no dryer, but does have a clothesline and drying rack. Unit is on the third floor, and the stairs are very steep. Difficult getting luggage and heavy stroller up the stairs.

The apartment is really spacious and comfortable - we were a family with a baby and found that there was plenty of space for both the parents and the baby. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was free tea available. The bathroom was renovated and comfortable. The apartment is very quiet, while still in a rather noisy neighbourhood and close to a big main street. The place is especially friendly for children - there are books (although in Italian), a baby feeding chair, a cot was provided upon request, there is even a stroller available. Excellent choice for our stay in Rome!

The carpet and the floor were not super clean (our crawling child managed to collect a lot of dust/hairs within a short time on her hands). The children's feeding chair was also quite sticky with food from previous visits, I guess. The bathroom shower head was a bit blockeddue to the water limestone and the boiler was a bit slow (so you had to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water to arrive). But overall these are small things, which did not influence the joy of our stay there!
