good location, frendly host ,comfortable room ,quiet place,parking.,everything is fine , i recomended this place . good value for the money

It was really clean, the bedding and towels smelled wonderful. The beds are comfortable to sleep on.

The terrace is very small only for drying clothes, there was no teapot for coffee or tea, there was no trash can.

Italian hosts, very kind and polite. Nice and clean room with air cond, fridge, small kitchen and TV, free wifi. Kozy place to stay in the center of Orikum, market is near, 10-15 minutes to to the sea by walking

It is located in the centre of Orikum so you are close to the shops, terraces and pastry shops. It is also not far from the beach, 3 minutes by car. The rooms were clean, except for the fridge. This one could have been a little bit cleaner. The bathroom could use a bit of refurbishment. There is no shower curtain. The hosts are friendly and ready to help. The wifi was really good and the airconditioning was working fine too. It is good there is free parking at the property.

The flat is a studio flat, not an apartment with 2 rooms as it says on Booking. It doesn't have two separate rooms. We booked two rooms with 2 singles and one double, but we received the studio with 2 double beds. After that the host changed the flat with another one, but still a studio flat. The location is not the one mentioned on booking, so this could be updated. We had to phone the host, the GPS takes you somewhere else. A kettle, dish washer liquid and a sponge could be useful in the flat. Just on the side note, a quarter of toilet paper is not eough for 4 people for 4 days. 😅

Right in the centre of the town. Shops, bars, bank right on the street. Great restaurant on the beach.

The host was really nice and welcoming to us. The room had everything we needed for a two-days stay and everything was very clean. The building can make a bad impression when entering it since you have to go through a kind of warehouse, but the back side of the building is well cared for. There was also some space at the back side to park the car.

Everything was good.
