Aproape de locatiile turistice (Kudowa, Adrspah, Szczliniec,), in acelasi timp foarte multa liniste si peisaje deosebit de frumoase. Camera foarte mare, curata. Bucataria echipata cu cele necesare. Iar curtea exteioara extraordinara. Recomand cu incredere.

Nice, very clean, spacious apartment. Comfortable. We had one under the roof, but with enough windows for natural light. Basic but functional bathroom and kitchen. There is a clear style: animal hunting. I'm not a fan but I don't mind it. Some people might be offended by it. Reasonably good wifi. Very quiet location. Nice garden. Free parking space on property.

Beds were pretty hard/stiff. Some might like that, some might not.

We liked the venue, also the rooms, all the nice accessories, paintings. The location was really nice, parking was without any issue with a big space for cars in the back of the building. We also liked the responsiveness of the host, she was really helpful.

From the start, there was a little cold in the apartment, but after a message to the owner, it got much warmer and cozy. Missing lights over the kitchen counter. Or little things to improve, like more than 2 toilet papers for 2 people for 3 nights ... but these are nitpicking, overall it was great :) The latest time of arrival was really 21 00 which was a little too early for us, but we managed, just a little warning for someone, who like us would want to work and then drive towards their accommodation towards the night ... If the apartment would improve these few little things I would gladly give it 10.

This place was absolutely wonderful! The flat was impeccably clean, and nicely equipped for cooking and relaxing. The property was incredible, especially for our kids - the playground/garden had a zip line, swings, sandbox, everything in great condition and almost like new. The garden was cleaned and well-cared for. Most of all, we loved the outdoor fireplaces, grilling, and ability to be outside most of the time. A family simply can't find a better place to stay for visiting the surrounding nature than this place. We had seen how high the ratings were on booking.com - 9.6 - and I have given our stay the same, it is perfectly accurate!

It would have been nice if our kitchen/living room area had a couch instead of another single bed, it wasn't ideal for relaxing, but this was a minor issue. We also want to point out to the property managers that the fridge/microwave plugs don't work at the same time (they are both too big), so you have to unplug one to use the other. Please install a simple plug adapter that can hold two at once!

Very close to food store, hiking trails from the house, very clean, By car close to Adrspach. Good wi-fi.

There is no sofa.
