The property is very nice. Staff amazing, good food. Very confortable bed, good AC in the room. The lights were very bad, barely could see something in the bathroom. Also the shower was a lil bit uncomfortable. But overall, we had a great experience. Would stay here again.

Not enough facilities for eg only one plug for both the kettle and the fridge. One of the bulbs wasn’t working in the room.

Unhelpful staff. Poor and inadequate breakfast. Promised a pick up at the port - no one was there to meet me! Property located on a noisy road.

Had a great time there! Lovely hotel well located near the port linking to Sanur. The room was large and clean and had a lovely balcony with view on the garden and pool area. The restaurant on site has a wide choice and the breakfast selection was also good. The kitten was really cute and came to say hi a few times. The staff were very friendly too! Would recommend!

The staff was so kind. It is close from the port. You can walk in 5-7 minutes from the port. Also there are good restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Breakfast was good.

Room is quite old and basic. It is like a bungalow But for the price it was okey. And it was a little dirty . But they cleaned it when I told them

The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Nice breakfast and amazing pool. Very close to the port.

The wifi signal needs to improve. We couldn't watch TV without interruptions because the signal was lost.

The staff were great. There was issues with ports being closed and they did everything they could to get us back to the mainland and catch our flight. The rooms were spacious and clean, beds were also comfortable. Pool was nice and restaurant was good also. Great that it does free pick up from the port.

Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was wonderful & very accommodating. They helped us book snorkeling, ferries, massages and a half day trip to the east coast. Upon arrival we indicated that we weren’t confident on scooters and the hotel suggested we forgo the scooters (and we were thankful we didn’t rent as we saw sooo many injured people from scooters, the roads were broken, traffic was intense and there are many steep spots to navigate). The room was basic, but comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool was wonderful and refreshing. We walked down to Wyn and Sunny numerous times and while it was a bit hairy at times with traffic, we found it very doable. Great vibes down there! We had a driver take us to other restaurants and beach clubs during the stay - we’d highly recommend eating at Next Level Cafe!!

The breakfast was basic and my least favorite of my two week trip, and the breakfast area was stuffy with lots of flies (a few fans would be a nice addition). The snorkeling company the hotel booked us with was a bit questionable, and not the best experience…I’d suggest booking on your own.

The staff were really nice and friendly, helped us sort out day trips etc. The room was spacious but very basic.

The bathroom smelt constantly of drains which was rather unpleasant. The bedroom was spacious but basic, not what the pictures look like. I’m confused as to the other reviews being so good as honestly this was the least comfortable place we’ve stayed in on our whole trip. Although the staff were really nice, the facilities and cleanliness weren’t really up to standard. Our towels were stained and falling apart. The breakfast wasn’t great either. If you want a cheap place to stay just for a bed then this place is for you but not if you want any comfort.

Amazing pool and spacious rooms

They were charging a lot more for ferry tickets than at the port. We understand making a profit but charging 2x more is too much. We walked the 5 minutes and saved a fair amount.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is nice. There is a safe and a refrigerator. Also a cuttle and coffee.The pool is nice and open all the time. Nice balcony. Good breakfast with veriety of options. Olso has shattle to the harbor.

some staff were lovely however man in charge was unhelpful when arranging tours/taxis one older woman behind reception was trying to record us on her phone breakfast was poor

some of the sheets and towels had marks on them and not many plugs in the room, but both not a big issue
