This is the best place to stay in Sozopol, especially the balconies facing the bay from the bedroom and the main street from the living room. Everything is close: grocery stores, restaurants, bakery, pizza, bus station, theatre, the beach, everything you may think of.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not the one, but for us it was OK, however, be aware the party never stops

I can only confirm the other reviewers’ positive evaluations. The apartment was clean and Nikolay was a helpful and discreet host. The apartment has two balconies, one with a sea view, the other to the city, such a perfect location! Will definitely come back if we manage to find it available next time we plan a trip to Sozopol 😊

The position of the apartment is ideal, at the entrance it Sozopol old town but still close enough to the attractions. The apartment configuration allows you to see both the sea and pesestrian walkway in the old town were you have lots of restaurants and shops. It has lot of open space and having two balconies the air flow is wery good. Although we have stayd in August, we didn't use the air conditioning. Nikolay is a great host being receptive any time we called.

The furniture within the apartment was dated and the sofa need a rapid change with a new one. Some of the plastic chairs were broken representing a denger for "big" people. The bedroom door need a fix since tends to remain stuck.
