Somberness and safety

There are no sofas and two pin plugs for charging, plus restrictions on visitors since you paid for the whole apartment

The location and the apartment.

For our entire 6 day stay, our apartment was not cleaned until when we asked for it on day 5.

The place was quite modern and one of the flats we took was quite nice.

The Apartments should warn their patrons well ahead of time that they will be required to pay cash before they can receive their key. We had to drive around hunting for cash as the ATM machines nearby were not working, while the caretaker needed to leave, so that was not a good start. One of the apartments had a stained sofa that looked really dirty.

Location, good quality furniture and rooms spacious and recently revamped.

Is being told that cleaning is done only after 4 days. Upon complaining the rooms were only cleaned once in the 5 days that we've booked and no change of towels. Being threatened to forfeit my booking for arriving after 18h00 on the arrival day, while I called and excused myself that I'm running late with less than 10 minutes. Floors, windows and furniture were so dusty and could not take any Seaview pictures.

Receptionist was very friendly and the cleaners as well. The apartment was modern and cozy and perfectly located.

It is really clean and spacious

The location is okay. Quite close to the sea.

The place lacks welcoming. Poor ambience very dull atmosphere, poor customer service from the manager. They could do much better!

Would've loved a sea view or given the option of a better view when the booking was made

Very inflexible host and zero service. He made me feel very unwelcome. I made a small mistake in my booking dates. The booking was still 2 months away and the host could have easily opened the booking. There would have been a good chance someone else booked the room. He was however not willing to help in any way and was also very slow to reply. The host made us feel unwelcome. Do yourself a favor and look for another place in Swakopmund, there are plenty of much nicer alternatives. Below you find a transcript of our conversation. P.s. kind regards to the cleaning lady. You are welcome to keep the room for the extra night otherwise you will unfortunately forfeit the payment. The location.... Easy access to the beach... And the apartment looks modern and comfortable

I liked the whole apartment cause is was soo relaxing and beautiful. Safety wise it was really amazing

The apartment was not 100% clean,there was no dishwash cloth,the frying pan was really bad

The bedroom and the kitchen is pretty cute ☺️

We stayed for 3 nights, would prefer changing of our linen, sofa is not in good condition, the ventilation in the bathroom is not great. Otherwise lovely apartment

the overall layout was good. bed was heaven

too masculine for a couple. no proper kitchen pots and pans. we had to cut out food to fit the pans.
