Excellent location and very comfortable room. Although backs on a pub/hotel, it was reasonably quiet at night so could sleep very well.

The mini fridge was very small and could have been more useful with a larger freezer section. Parking is pretty much limited to street parking (but staff were very helpful in suggesting where to park noting security cameras)

the room is clean tidy, and serviced every day.

Room is located at the busiest street of the city with the window facing the street and inside of a busy PUB with live music going up to 1AM. Pub customer were fighting on the street just in front of our window. and Hotel Staff were taking breaks and talking very loud at our door after 11 PM

The location was ideal for walking and accessing boating etc.

It was a little too noisy on the first night. The second night was better. Being the Easter Long Weekend we were fortunate to be able to get a room so beggars can't be choosers.

We love the Tea Gardens pub! Room was lovely. Always clean & warm.

The bathroom is really small, but everything works.

Locality, surprisingly quiet for being within pub

Seemed clean and fresh, lovely linen. Unfortunately few tiny cripy crawlings around.
