The unit was spacious. Can fit 8 people max. suitable for families or big group. Strategic location. Parking was designated. Gated and guarded. Safety is good. Kitchen utensils provided.
The comforter provided was not clean. Same goes with the towel. It was dirty. Even they may said it was a clean towel. Water was not as warm. No proper signage of Kiblat was provided. They send a male staff to show us. Not safe for us ladies. It was so weird. The unit no grill too.

The location just nearby Tanah Rata.and also near the night market. The weather during my stayed was very cool and windy.
1.There's no WiFi compare to other unit under different management.
2. They provide me a very bad towel. Cannot be use.
3. A few of the led light's in the unit is not function at all.
4. There's a guest before me, smoking at the unit, They just throw it at the balcony although there's a sign, No Smoking at the unit.

The cleanliness.. not very clean. But can tolerate I think. And one of the room doesn't have plug to charge gadget

Take this from a backpacker who is used to some bad places in Asia..
1. The appartment is extremely dirty (blood stains on the beds etc.)
2. The place is extremely noisy; you can hear everything from other rooms and the noise of the other people (not just 1 appartment) goes on untill 04;00 am!!
3. The bathroom sanitair is broken
4. No hot water! There is instructions to wait 15 minutes, but after following these instructions for more than 30 minutes we haven’t got hot water in 2 days
5. There is no air conditioning. Our appartment had three rooms, only one had a ceiling fan

Cleansing, the plastered ceiling at both toilets kept on dropping. This may cause unhealthy to the guest as it is posion.
Very dirty towels, dirty microwave. Not ever has toilet paper abd body bath shampoo.

Facility very bad. stated got WiFi but no WiFi in the the stays at the end. and the area have no line so which mean you can’t connect outside by online. room very dirty, many rubbish under bed. weird smell in the house

easy access to dining place
the cleanliness of the property and facilities like hot shower not functioning well and the floor in living hall is dusty..also the security guard at guardhouse not friendly/polite

2. booked 2 houses and got them next to each other.

1. many kitchen utensils are not available, but the basics are there.
2. VERY DIFFICULT PARKING, despite most parking spaces are empty, the guards didnt allow extra car to enter, even if its raining
3. dogs were everywhere, made my kids cry when they followed us walking in/out ( as they didnt allow extra car to enter)

The location of the apartment is easy to find. The open parking space is big and just Infront of the apartment. The beds are comfortable.
The kitchen utensils are not clean and oily. The owner did not provide dish washing detergent for us to do the cleaning. The 2 sofa sets in the living room, the arm rest are broken. There is no internet connection, no Wi-Fi and as such not many TV programs to choose for. As such 2 nights staying in the apartment was very boring. Although there are shops near by but restaurants not many especially chinese food.

The unit given which is a ground floor unit. Poor facilities in the unit. Microwave is rusty and in deporable condition. Towels and bedsheets are yellow and stained.

The living room quite big and sofa in good condition.
The apartment smelly, the bathroom pipe leaking and only 1 fan found in one room. While, another 2 rooms without fan.

Big space, good for family.
We were given the lowest ground floor . The walls were alil mouldy which made us feel a lil uncomfortable and the unit was kinda smelly. No wifi as the staff asked to connect with other unit but cannot connect. The water heater was ok at first then it didn't worked . The guards were rude.
