Ideal location. We walked everywhere and only needed a taxi to get to and from the airport. Lined with orange trees and full of bakeries and other shops, the neighborhood is adorable. Highlights: Don't miss out on taking the funicular up to Lycabettus Hill - it's just a 2 minute walk and the views are simply stunning. Our favorite restaurant was Zurbaran and it was a 10 minute walk. Their food and the decor were to die for. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, Plaka, Ermou Street and other city center attractions within 30 minutes. Other neighborhood highlights included The Runner sculpture, the National Gardens and Petraki Monastery.

It was not a bother for us, but those with mobility issues should know that the apartment is on a hill that requires you to descend and ascend steep streets and stairs no matter where you go.

Nelly dropped off the keys; she was very helpful in getting the keys to us quickly as I was traveling with my 10-month-old son. Communication via WhatsApp was also very helpful. The area around the apartment is very hilly, but there are great restaurants in the Kolonaki area. Overall we had a very good stay and I would stay here again.

I wish the apartment had a microwave. It would've made many things easier, like heating baby milk and sanitizing baby bottles or heating up my leftover food. The curtains let a lot of light into the apartment at night, my suggestion would be to get blackout curtains for all rooms as this will also help keep the heat inside the rooms in winter and make the rooms cooler during summer time. The neighbors were very noisy, but I understand this is not in the control of the owner/rental company.

The apartment was super cozy, comfortable and in a lovely area

The location of the apartment was fantastic and the apartment was decorated very nicely. Each of the 3 bedrooms were very large and the 2 bathrooms in the apartment made it easy to get ready. We loved having a washer in the apartment to do some light laundry prior to returning home.

The only thing we did not like about the apartment was the size of the elevator in the building. It is extremely small and can barely fit 3 people. Obviously this is not the host's issue however, something to note.

The property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations but the excellent customer service from Athina and her team was what will be remembered. They are caring, supportive and accommodating. A pleasure to deal with!

The area is more of a walk from the centre then we realised especially when walking back up the hill after a long hot day! But this shouldn't deter people from considering the property as TAXI are reasonable.

It's an excellent choice in a bustling city such as Athens.

A slight sewer smell in one of the bathroom. But it's a detail in an otherwise very well furnished apartment.
