The fact that I had to use a bucket to fetch water in the bath tub to bath cos the showers weren’t working. There was no plant too to provide light when there was light out. There was no Wi-Fi too as the network was a bit slow

We didn't have breakfast we left as soon as possible, no shower only a bucket and a smaller bucket to fill the bigger one broken tiles in the bathroom were very sharp, the air conditioning bearly worked

Customer service was really bad. The room I was put in did not have shower, the towels were really old, the receptionist left the facility and so was not available to assist when needed.

The property is located 4.8 kms away from the marked location, to misguide and accept bookings It is so far you would require a taxi to reach there. The breakfast is a slice of bread, an egg and a cup of milo.

The owner is absolutely a crap person. I was forced to pay 220 cedis much higher than I booked for by intimidation. The rooms are old and smelly, the bathroom doesn't have proper showers and no water flow, the breakfast is a slice of bread and egg and a cup of milo. Above all the owner would use offensive language and threaten to get you locked up by police if you wish to pay whatever is on booking. Com. The property is listed with 17.5 % VAT taxes , however, if the traveller asks for a VAT receipt after full payment , the owner threatens the traveller and abuses him. Never share your personal contact number as the owner would send abusive messages and call you from several numbers to harass you. I am still waiting for the VAT Invoice.

It was noisy from the street construction. Many facilities need repair.
