The host Umberto was excellent with lots of information when you needed it.

Great accommodation located central for sight seeing in Valletta. Umberto was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. the property had everything we needed - even Netflix! it was clean and comfortable. Because of the central location it can be noisy late at night and early morning but this wouldn’t put me off staying here - I just mention that so it doesn’t surprise you. The apartment was in a great location which provided easy access to historical sites as well as transport links. The property was super clean and well maintained and the check-in and out were smooth. Umberto is a great host and provided tips on places to eat and visit.

The host paid attention to every little detail and gave us great recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. The bed was very big.

Unfortunately on the second to last day of my stay, a couple of mosquitos flew into the room. I'm very allergic to mosquitos bites. Also on our first night there, as the location was so central, we heard an alarm go off for over an hour outside the building. We were woken up and nearly thought it the fire alarm. Thankfully, someone turned it off eventually. Everything else was perfect, I can't fault them.

location and ambience- superb historic building in World Heritage site. Owners have done an excellent job refurbishing this 400+ year old building within the planning constraints.

The property was in a central location. lots of restaurants and shops, the apartment had a lift which was lovely. The owner was extremely helpful and if you needed more hangers no problem.

The furniture was a bit worn out. There was no wardrobe or cupboards to put your clothes in just a metal hanger, and small wooden shelf. Probably a better choice for a couple of days stay and living from a suitcase. Not the owners fault but recently the government is allowing outside music until 1am and there is a bar on the corner, they have a live band during the week 5pm to 8pm every day, Friday and Saturday is there party night and music plays until 1am, great if you want to go out until then but not so good if you don’t.

We met three members from the host family and they were all super friendly and helpful. We had some issues on our first night but they helped us right away with no hesitation. The location is absolutely central and we felt very safe since the host family was just next door. We would stay here again!

Very noisy on Friday, Saturday evenings because of Live music and music playing from different venues nearby. Not so bad if you enjoy the music and don't go to sleep before midnight.

Good position in an historic building

1. Dining chair collapsed from under me; 2. Was good having balcony although it was too small to sit on. The view shown by the picture on booking.com was only accessible if you stood up; 3. Plates and dishes did not indicate they were micro wave safe; 4. Apart from streaming, the tv was not available to us as we were not a " long stay",a fact not mentioned on Booking.com

Large room with very good location. Nice kitchen. Large TV in both rooms. Good ac. Large bath and shower with very good towels.

There was a safe but it was locked, so we couldn't use. Would have been nice to have had salt and pepper as well as coffee for each day of our stay.

Apartment in a prime location with two roof terraces with nice view and jacuzzi. Umberto took care of everything. We were picked up from the airport by a very kind driver with a fancy car. Before that, we received a video of how we can check in and use the elevator, which goes directly to the penthouse apartment. All worked out smooth. The equipment of the apartment was completed. Cleaning Team was so kind, they also washed the dishes like pots and pans and cleared the dishwasher.

The bathroom was simplistic and maybe for tall people a little bit too small.

Bed was super big and comfy. Perfect location right on the square.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights including New Year's Eve. Unfortunately due to pandemic celebrations were cancelled but this did not deter us from enjoying our stay. Perfect location surrounded by a number of restaurants and things to do. The hot Tube was fantastic too on a Sunny winter morning.

Superb location in the heart of historic Valletta. Minutes' walk from the main gate, the food market, Fort St Elmo and Saluting Battery. Exceptionally comfortable, huge bed with high-quality bedding. Fantastic walk-in shower with rainfall head. Balcony overlooking the national library. Comfortable seating area and good kitchen facilities. Excellent daily housekeeping to a very high standard. Superb communication with owner and easy contactless self check in. A really comfortable and fabulous base for exploring the island.

Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped - no chef's knife or mixing bowl, for example. Air conditioning didn't work in the bedroom but as it was October this didn't really matter. The street outside could be a little noisy at night.

The property was so central and convenient for everything in Valletta. The roof terraces were amazing
