The absolute best of the stay was Latifa. She is wonderful and willing to help you anytime you need. We will never forget you!

Everything was good but the pool could be warmer.

The place and our stay was manageable only because of the lovely Latifa who had an exceptional and friendly approach towards us. She cooked our dinner which we ordered and made breakfast. She tried her best in answering any questions and helped and asssit us to make our stay enjoyable. Latifa is an asset to this villa and her great hospitality made us feel welcomed to continue our stay.

This villa was not nice due to a few reasons . Firstly , Very cold water in the bathrooms. . The housekeeper Patrick was very unhelpful don’t know if he didn't like us because we were not typical Europeans. . He came across as arrogant not pleasant at all. We weren’t allowed into the kitchen don’t know why as we had paid for the villa ??? Patrick kept coming in like a warden to check on us which we found very concerning and intimidating. One time he questioned me to what I was doing in kitchen when I went to get tea bags to make tea in the kettle which I had to keep on the dining room stone Floor, as he wouldn’t allow me to use the kitchen to make my tea . Downstairs toilet had no light bulb even asked to replace it, but that didn’t happen. Hardly any blankets in the bedrooms . Bedroom needs upgrading. He was not as forthcoming and helpful as others have made out. This needs to be addressed. To put it bluntly we won't be rushing back here and that is down to the above unless they have rectified.

It was nice to be able to order meals for dinner to eat at the villa. Food was tasty. Latifa was kind and helpful!

More breakfast options- like yogurt or fresh fruit. Pool could’ve been warmer.

Exactly when you come to this villa you feel so much welcome . And they are both so nice and if you need enything you just let them know .. Breakfast is ready ery morning when you want it ... so only positive to say about this villa ... 100 % we are going to return ....

The only thing was that the kitchen was in the Tarras of the home .. and when it's windy you have sand all over and wind ...

A typical Moroccan villa, though we were hard to find it, especially we arrived late to check in. Inside, no any a bad word to say it, extremely great to describe. The host is very friend, though they speak French, no issue to communicate. We all have comfortable rooms and beds to have good sleep. Breakfast is another highlight, so delicious. This was our first stay in Morocco, but with memorial impression.

Nothing else. Only the route to the villa, not constructed well, but it’s OK.

The service was great and the breakfest delicious. Patric and Latifa are very open and helpful people, gave us many recomendations and advices what to see in Essaouira :) we had a great time staying there!
