Everything was fine, quiet, easy to park a car, great interior, spacious. The hosts were great, responding to queries within minutes.

The only thing we didn't like was the sofa bed in the living room, which is not really intended for sleeping, but we had requested it.

Truely was a beautiful apartment, with thoughtful amenities and everything could need in the kitchen to prepare a meal if doing so- more than just the typical 1 chopping board and 1 saucepan like some places have. Super comfy bed, great size space and overall great value for money. Parking space included upon request, plus privacy of being a seperate apartment.

Think for time of year, despite programmed heating, felt cold in apartment and had to ask for heating to be put on. -Understand why the thermostat wasn't in place for guests own use; can imagine some would abuse. Just felt a little awkward having to ask.

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and felt like home. All the small things like wine and milk and orange juice being left for us. The rooms were nicely decorated and cosy, however the bed was so soft to sleep on I needed a firmer mattress for my back and the heating, it would've been great if it was on a timer so it came on and off periodically. It was really cold and we had no choice but to be cold for the most of the stay. Even though it was turned on it was off much more than it was on. Besides that it was a lovely place to stay in. Thank you very much.

Lovely flat and area for a family exploring London

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Falconwood train station and within 15 minute walk into town/shops/restaurants. The property was spacious, bright, comfortable and modern. and the kitchen had a microwave, coffee maker- with most delicious latte! The host provided complimentary milk and orange juice in the fridge and 2 small bottles of wine upon our arrival. He even drove us to town the night we arrived so we could get our bearings and go out to dinner! I have already highly recommended this property to our friends who live in Eltham, so they can suggest visitors stay here.

I would absolutely stay here again! I have no negative comments
