Stayed for one night on route through Frances. Very friendly staff and super accommodating of our needs traveling with a dog. Nice grounds for walking and great to see the horses and foal outside our bedroom window. My partner enjoyed the spa. Felt like a nice retreat from the world, would recommend.

Great hotel with an amazing view!

Nice new hotel in the hills, excellent beds, great staff, and a nice, quiet and save place to stay whilst driving to the cotes d'azur. Also suitable for a longer stay if you like a quiet environment.

Th only weird thing was the carpet in toilet and bathroom....

Perfect location (green mountain landscape, close to many hiking and cultural points of interest), friendly and attentive staff (reception, restaurant, spa), wide range of spa services, delicious restaurant food and drinks, spacious room with a nice layout and light-colour wood design, comfortable bedding.

Everything was perfect.

Modern design and decor as well as tech in the rooms very good. All the staff especially in the restaurant bilingual and very friendly. Lovely views from the rooms.

The restaurant did not live up to the price tag at all. Savoury dishes at dinner were poorly seasoned , chicken was dry and my veal tough to cut never mind chew with poor jus. Nice cheese trolley but not given choice to choose what cheeses we wanted. At breakfast they had no idea how to make cappuccino…. What came was black coffee with a bit of frothy foam on top….deserts were good . Sadly due to covid we were unable to get a slot in the spa. Communication prior to arrival computerised and therefore not easy.

Coffee machine was missing in room.

It was a great 4 stars experience in a wonderful, quiet area. I loved every minute 😁

Countryside view, rooms pleasantly minimal. The 2 massages were very good and these staff had good customer relations skills

Last minute announcement that the restaurant was closed Sun Mon and Tues. I arrived Sat dinner fully booked not able to eat there. No solarium as advertised. Spa had 2 jacuzzi. The bells on the Saler cows outside the rooms were audible all night. That said I did give a lot of Lee way in my answers and suspect that it was nit easy to get the best staff. As I could not eat there I cannot comment. The local village 2 walk was far more amiable to take breakfast

Great location. Interesting lay-out. Nice terraces and balconies. Excellent on-site restaurant and bar with great value for money overall.

The bar was a bit understaffed at times.

Great view, excellent location for trekking, but it's not exclusive at all to the property, any other place in the area will also have them. The staff was friendly and generally sorry for you (there's only so much they can do), the bar staff was also great (although the great cocktails and tapas do little to relieve the bitter taste after two hours of watching the ongoing dinner service in a half-empty restaurant that you've been told is fully booked).

The hotel has adopted a COVID-19 protocol that is guaranteed to both frustrate you and make you feel like you should have saved a lot of money by staying somewhere else. Every day you need to ask for basic supplies and the room is done every four days (my guess is the cleaning staff was reduced to a skeleton crew under the pretense of the pandemic crisis). Why pay such rates when the restaurant cannot accommodate guests for dinner (we arrived on sunday afternoon, the restaurant was fully booked until friday !) ? My understanding is that people not staying at the hotel are allowed to book for dinner. So my advice to you is don't stay there, just book for dinner. Same remark about the spa, good luck using it, it is booked days in advance (the staff do what they can by allowing late usage of the spa, but unfortunately I prefer to sleep at 11pm after a day of trekking). Do yourself a favour and book a spa treatment and restaurant, and stay somewhere else, since paying guests are not given preference anyway. I've also stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels and have never been charged that much for a pet - (15 euros per day !) And at least the Hilton had a dog mattress and a bowl available when we got to our room. Strange business model.
