Location was convenient. There was tasty fast food place close and many shops. The internet was slow but had a great signal. The couches were comfortable. 1.5 baths. Good water heater.

There was a wedding hall very close by and it was extremely noisy saturday night. It was not very clean. The rugs were dirty, linens were not very clean some had a strong smell. Pillows were very uncomfortable. There is a bad smell coming from the sewage. Shower head not mounted.

The apartment is located in a great location. It is close to a taxi stand and anything you could need. It felt like a very safe and friendly neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and the hostess met us at the apartment promptly and let us in. We very much appreciated her honesty which made us feel safe staying there. We had accidentally overpaid and she returned the money. We were thankful for the extra linens and we could tell that the apartment had been cleaned before we arrived.

The oven didn't work, nor did the internet. The kitchen had a few items which are enough for only a 1-2 night stay. However, since we stayed more than a week, we had to get several items just for basic cooking.

The responsible person is very kind and also the location is close to the city center and quiet

It was a wonderful flat in a calm neighborhood and many important facilities are near and also the owner was respectful and helpful, thank you 😊

the location was good, straightforward the neighborhood is good, u can find everything you want next to your door and there is a good parking in front of the house.

The carpet was so dirty the shower is broken, you have to fill a bucket of water to take a shower, neighbors are making noises after midnight, we waited one hour for the check-in the gas ballon was empty we could even have our tea. and there is no breakfast as described

Very nice and friendly Owner and His Sister. Excellent contact via email. Appatment looks much much better in reality than on the pictures. We were very pleasantly suprised. Excellent value for the money. To get there from the train station is best to take a taxi which should cost no more than 20 dirhams. Taxi tried to take from us 250 dirhams do dont let You taxi ripped You off. Near tha appatment You have plenty of shops, small green market, pizza place and good and cheap local restaurants. Owner also helped us this morning with transport to the Fes airport with normal price 150 MAD. Overall we were very very happy with the stay in the Escape Appartment.

Bathroom could be better but for the price we paid there is nothing to complain.

1. The owner is very rude, impolite! I didn’t notice that he needed to be prepaid when check in, so I talked to the woman, she asked me let her holding my passport, I said but even hotel or police won’t request easily holding others passport, then the woman asked me talk to the owner on the phone, he immediately asked me :”go to hotel” at the other side of the phone. I didn’t say anything bad but he tried to drive me out !Surprise ! I couldn’t believe my ears and asked what? And he repeated!Unbelievable! He could just tell me prepay was in the website requirement, then I will pay. he knows normally people will follow their plans , so he could be so tough, could threaten you and you would be afraid of sleeping on the street. 2. No air conditioner, maybe I was unfortunately got one flat without that, but your facility list says with air conditioner ,never mentioned some of your flats without. The woman said she can change a flat for us on next day, but never told us reason. We are 6 persons,totally two days living their, change a place for no reason was not convenient, so if the other flat with air conditioner still not a reason for this one not available. 3. the bunk bed with upper bed inclined, very close to the lower bed, makes there very small space and made you feeling depressed and dangerous 4. Gas Heater no pipe go outside, looks dangerous 5. A big rectangle mirror only with one corner nailed on the wall, it hung there inclining. 6. The shower head was broken, you need to hold the tube all the time, only one hand wash hair. All above shows the owner doesn’t care anything. I know it is cheap, so I didn’t give lowest score, but his attitude was barely acceptable , I didn’t say anything impolite or bad, but be treated like this, made us very unhappy in Fes.
