En arrivant a cet Hôtel un parking de 4 places !!??qui n'est pas stipulé dans la réservation!! Le lendemain je dois me dépêcher pour ne pas payer une amende vu que je suis stationné dans la rue c'est lamentable!!!!!

Le personnel était très accueillant, attentif et serviable. J'ai apprécier la qualité des produits servis au petit déjeuner qui présentait un large éventail de choix. Les viennoiseries étaient très bonnes. J'ai également apprécier le fait de pouvoir boire un vrai jus d'orange ce qui est à noter car pas systématique dans d'autres établissements.

Pour mon séjour, tout était parfait.

The kind response of the staff and The design and cleanliness of the room

Good location, two station far from the Paris Montparnass (main metro and train station). Marie on reception was so polite and kind, helped us with everything we asked for. Room is big and comfortable.

They charged us for baby (30€ per day). We had to pay 180€ extra because one year old baby is with us. Firstly, they gave us a broken baby cot. Then we asked for another. Breakfast was everyday the same. Towels weren’t changed every day. The girl on reception (with glasses, name starts with M) was so impolite, she started removing plates and food before the breakfast was finished. Also she turned off the coffee machine (even the time for breakfast wasn’t finished). I asked to take yogurt for baby (was included in the breakfast), she told me that she could only sell it. There is no fridge in the room.

Staff at reception were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. Location excellent.

Safe suburb, good size room for Paris, felt like a family hotel even though its part of a chain. Marie was great becuase she was always smiling, other staff very good as well. The breakfast exceeded expectations.

Very clean and staff helpful. Breakfasts very good.

A lot of construction work near the property. No tea/coffee facility in room. Not a fan of the wet room bathroom as water took ages to drain away. Bathroom sink large but not easy to use.

Good location within two stations to Montparnasse station.

No frequency of trains after 10 pm. Sometimes trains are canceled after 10. So we need to take a bus which is complicated.

Went early but hotel did not want to process our check-in even though we mentioned that we do not need the room yet. Property policies mentioned that children aged 16years and above are welcome are considered adults but they insist that my 3 year old toddler is an adult and hotel insisted that we pay full price for another room. hotel staff were rude and possibly racist.

Clean, good breakfast, helpful and nice staff, location

We book basic for city breaks as not in much. Hotel was simple and clean. Had an iron and shower gel/ shampoo. Train station right next door to travel about and day passes cover train ans metro

Breakfast area a little small (bread, pastries, yoghurts, pancakes, some eggs and sausages) Didn't find tea bags just loose tea. It gave us enough but not my ideal selections.

Clean and quiet.Friendly staff. Close to Train/Bus station. Just next to Hotel new metro station will be finished in 2024/25.Breakfast good , prepered fresh every morning.
