The unit location is good as there is an easy access to SM Sucat Mall. The unit offers good kitchen amenities except that the water heater does not have the required adapter to connect it to a 2 prong electrical connection. It was fortunate that I have a universal 3-prong adapter with a 2-prong connector conversion. The unit need fumigation as small cockroaches occasionally show up in the kitchen top. Communication between host and co-host was an issue and recommend improvement to ensure that someone will be available in situation when urgent request can be actioned over the phone. Overall, if above suggested improvements can be addressed, I will give a 2nd chance to book the unit again.

I booked this property for the 2nd time from May 29 to June 3 for the last leg of my holidays in Manila. However, because of an unforeseen family circumstance to move to another property proximate to my brother's hospital, I sent a request to the property owner if I can cancel my booking even though there was a 14-day cancellation policy. I took the chance doing this thinking the property owner could extend some goodwill to consider my request. I got a reply that they will allow me to cancel my booking on condition that I pay the cancellation fee of Pesos 1800.00 (AU$51.00) and payment should be made directly to his G-Cash Account. Although I do not have this type of account, I proceeded to cancel my booking and assumed that since I paid my booking through Booking.com via my PAYPAL account, the property owner could have informed Booking.com about this arrangement. It was still 10 days before I was supposed to officially move into the property when I made this cancellation request. All my requests were communicated to the property owner via the Boooking.com portal. However, as I was so busy attending to our family issue and preparing to return to Australia, I later found out that the property owner through his host representative disapproved my request and took the entire payment for my booking of about $254.00. I sent several email requests again through Booking.com but I received the same response invoking the 14-day cancellation policy. I did not realize that the property owner is not sincere in withdrawing his offer without giving me the chance of receiving a reply. Also at that time, the host representative was not available to be contacted. I think it was not fair to raise the expectation and hope of a customer that a partial refund is possible when it was not. I will pursue my claim for partial refund if I failed to get a satisfactory response through the proper authorities to get a fair resolution to my request.

Host is nice. They allow us to extend 6 hrs for free. Actually it feels like home..Sarap humiga sa bed, super comfy. Those pillows too.Plus ang lapit lng sa Terminal 1 at nasa likod lng xa ng SM Sucat where you can stroll all you want😊😊

Im very familiar specially when it comes to cleanliness as i have my baby with me. When we arrived at the unit, we noticed that it wasn't cleaned properly. Madaming buhok sa carpet. Masyadong dusty ung chandelier ceiling fan at ung wall may mga spider web..May mga malalaki at maliliit na ipis din na nagsisilabasan if lights were turned off😞😞. That's why I asked for Baygon spray at binigay dn naman. . Ung hand towel na nakasabit sa fridge, it wasn't changed. . Anyway aqo nlng ang naglaba😔😔.

I love the idea to welcome us at home 😍 We really feel were actually home I would love to be back again and again and im sure to recommend to my family relatives and also my friends😍

The staff were so polite and accommodating. The room was very homey...comfortable and it's a home away from home. It was a SAFE haven.... i can let my children can roam around the area ..I feel safe for them. There were cooking amenities...eating utensils...a ref ...a washing machine...it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you very much for having us for a couple of days. GREAT experience. Definitely will recommend. GOOD JOB.

Construction outside. No electrical outlets. No shops in walking distance.

I like that it has convenient location, close to the airport and mall/grocery. Has strong internet and good cable tv channels, does not smell molds and the property owner and staff are prompt in attending to our needs.

It is kind of far from the main exit and in front of construction site (which is also in property details) And at the time, the pool was under maintenance. Other than that, everything is outstanding including the price, u get value for your money.
