Owners were friendly and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and looked like new. Great value for money!

Lanta noblesse has good location to beaches (long beach and klong dao) also to bars and restaurants. Owner will help you with trip reservation as well as with motorbike rental. Room is big and furniture new.

You can hear noise from the main street and some bar nearby, but nothing terrible for us

Modern fittings including a strong WiFi signal,. location is private without being too reclusive (on the main road but without neighbours) which may be either good or bad depending on your needs and expectations. Breakfast was very reasonable (simple but free)

Staff were very poor at communication - I can understand not having a strong grasp of English but lack of effort / interest and aloofness, not so much. Rooms are relatively small for the island and the downstairs, garden view leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, a decent place for a first night's stay in Lanta to orientate yourself, however, much better options, in every aspect, can easily be found elsewhere.

Lovely room. The best web had on our 2 weeks trip. Owners od the house were very frendly and helpfull.
