Spatious and clean, quiet guesthouse and nice staff

No fridge to store fresh food, it would be nice to have one in the common kitchen since you have tools to cook

The place was great. Very spacious, and comfortable, the balcony was also a nice addition. The staff were friendly and helpful. There isa Cafe next door that is run by the same family, coffee is very good. Location is great close access to subway, and right at the center of city. Good access to both stations via metro, and buses to anywhere you wish to go

There are private apartments as well in the building, and sometimes at night they are loud...

Perfect location for Kwangju downtown, nice view on a temple.

Moskitos during the night in the room. If you have a light sleep: monk in the temple below starts praying with a bell around 3.30am

I stayed here 4 years ago, this is my second stay. The rooms are well maintained just like how I remembered it, or even look newer. The 6 people dorm room is quite spacious. There is a communal kitchen. But also, a lot of restaurants nearby. Great location and place to stay.

When you shower, you need to make sure it does spray towards the direction of the door, or else it will leak..

The location was great, near to many bus stops and subway station. One pitfall during my stay was the fact that the reception was often empty. So, I had to solve a problem speaking with the lady of the cafe beside. She didn't speak english, but tried her best to help me. I am very grateful for her. The internet was good, the shower was hot and the Kitchen had all the utensils I needed.

There is no desk for remote workers to work on. And the reception was left empty most of the times.

Very clean, good facilities. New towels every day. Bathrooms attached to the dorm rooms, nice for privacy. Room was very spacious, with outlets near the beds, and I didn't feel crammed in with the other girls.

Sometimes it was hard to find staff at the desk to check in or ask for something. The location is in the middle of a business area, which is a little bit inconvenient to tourist sites or places to eat.

The gursthouse is very convenient to get to and well-equipped. The room was clean, tidy and bright. The bedding materials are all comfy cotton products. I really rested for a good night. High cost performance, nothing to complain!

I like the service so much, the manager is very kind. There is also a communal kitchen at the 2nd floor which I used very well plus there is a cafe at the 1st floor. The location is surrounded by nice eating places and close to an art street, a very colorful area to get relaxed in a busy day

The rooms were modern and very clean and well equipped. I initially stayed in a dorm for 6 people but a knee injury meant it was difficult for me to stay on a top bunk so I requested to move to a single room. The staff were extremely helpful in facilitating this for me and even moved my stuff while I was out. There was a big, well equipped kitchen on the dorm floor, and even a gym. Clean towels and water were provided every day. The beds were comfy. Overall everything was really clean and new. The location was really good. Close to a great shopping area and a ten minute walk from the "coffee quarter" which is full of amazing coffee shops and restaurants. It was easy to get to other areas like the National Park and museums/galleries by bus.

Not a major issue, but the room was very warm in the morning due to the sun rising on that side of the building, and there was no remote control for the air con in my room. I just opened the window, but that did mean a few mosquitos got in. I also couldn't access the wifi for my room (they are all numbered by room) and the one for my room number didn't appear. I could connect to one two rooms down but the signal was weak. In the end I just thethered my phone.

Excellent hotel in great location. Room was really spacious with a nice view. received check in details via text so didn’t have to formally check in at the desk. Great gym on the second floor too

the curtains on the huge windows didn’t quite cover the sun in the morning so was woken up at 6am but the sunlight coming in.

Very nice hospitality, new towels and water are provided daily, always kept neat and clean. Helpful and kind staff. Location was great! Easy to travel around on foot and easy to navigate around.

Might be hard to communicate sometimes if you dont know korean but can manage. The staff might accidentally barge in for the daily clean up so make sure if you are there during it, make your presence known.
