The area was lovely with lots to do. Very quiet as it's a 15min walk from benidorm. The complex has pools, hot tubs and a playground and is a short walk to the beach. Apartment was clean.

Apart from cups, plates pots and cutlery there was nothing else in the kitchen of this apartment. No kettle. There was notes all over the place to keep the apartment clean but there was nothing to clean it with. We had to go and buy everything. Not ideal when your in holidays and you have to spend a lot on cleaning materials. There was one pillow each and the quilts weren't even covered there was a sheet to go under it. Not ideal for an expensive apartment. It should be a 10 but the gready owners are letting it down

The views are stunning. The pools are lovely. The check in staff are great, good communication throughout etc.

One of the lifeguards was incredibly rude. We weren’t allowed to drink even a bottle of water around the pool, we had to move to the bar area. He shouted at us on a daily basis and ruined the stay completely. There is no kettle in the apartment. The sinks and showers were covered in mould. We were only provided with 2 toilet rolls, for a 4 day stay with 6 people.

The apartments have everything you need and are very spacious.

If you want to be in the thick of things it’s a bit far out but it suited our needs.

Fantastic location, a few minutes to the beach. Big pools and good bar area. Spotless apartment with everything you need for a self contained holiday. A kettle would have been good though but boiled a pan.

The location is very good and the amenities in the garden and park. The apartment we got, did not resemble pictures on booking and cleaning was not good, both toe nails on floors and mold in sink and showers. The only thing we asked for was a mold free apartment in a new building due to severve allergies. But they didn't even clean the surface mold in showers. We were told we could get a new apartment 2 days later and when that day came the telephone number they gave us was for selling TM apartments (gave us wrong number intentionally) and Mar Holidays suddenly didnt answer any more until I reached out to the Booking office. Then suddenly Mar Holidays answered and we were the problem. The service is a scam if something comes up and they don't hesitate to lie and be rude. They did not offer any solution other than told booking we could leave. I hope I don't need permission to leave rentals - the payment and price is another matter.

They offered cleaning the next day but the mold wasn't only on surfaces so we already of course cleaned the surface ourselves and removed toe nails from floor. When you travel with allergies and ask forehand the information needs to be correct. We needed to sleep on the balcony in our vacation due to this. The worst part was though the service and lying about getting another apartment. Then not answering requests until we contacted Booking. Booking.com gave us a minor discount because we had pictures and proof for this situation but not the host. So the host is not trustworthy. This was a horrible experience and we travel a lot with our allergies without problems.

the property was beautiful. we had endless amounts of storage for all of our clothes. the balcony was very large and such a nice place to sit and relax looking at the amazing view. beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was very nice too!

there was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

The apartment on the 10th floor. Spacious balcony with great views. confortable and modern apartment. Pool area is great for all ages. Friendly and helpful staff. short walks (5 mins) to excellent “french” bakery, pharmacy, supermercado and the beach.

I have not recieved a deposit back for my room and they will not reply to my emails concerning this matter. I have that had another 2 payments of £34.50 taken from my bank by the company and I do not know what for. Shocking.

The one thing I wasn’t happy with was the fact the €200 deposit wasn’t refunded, I was told it was because we left the place untidy witch wasn’t the case in fact we had cleaned the apartment the night before we left, I did read afew bad reviews concerning the deposit not being refunded before I booked but I thought If I leave the place clean this wouldn’t happen to me, sadly not the case, we stayed for to weeks although it was a nice place we will not be returning due to the deposit situation
