Si salvano solo la facilità di Check in (self) e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in loco.

In tanti viaggi e soggiorni fatti in ogni angolo del mondo non ho mai vissuto un'esperienza simile. E sono uno che si adatta molto. Procediamo per punti. E con una precisazione: ho soggiornato nella camera singola numero 12. La comunicazione con i proprietari avviene solo via Whatsapp e in inglese. Non rispondono fino al giorno dell'arrivo. La camera è piccolissima e in pratica una piccola singola senza nulla (cioè no armadio, appendiabiti, comodino, ecc), con cucinetta vecchia e mezza rotta , in camera (cioè attaccata al letto). Si vedano le foto. Il bagno (dalla puzza insopportabile e minuscolo) si trova nell'atrio quindi bisogna entrare e uscire ogni volta. Non si dispone di chiave per chiudere. Sanitari vecchissimi e sporchi. Ma il peggio deve ancora venire e te ne accorgi quando ti fermi un attimo in camera. Appena scende il silenzio ti accorgi di strani rumori. E scopri che in camera c'è un altro ospite che la abita da prima di te: UN RODITORE! avete letto bene! Classici rumori da roditore che ti accompagnano tutta notte. E che provengono da sotto la cucina. E fin qui potresti anche cavartela con un paio di tappi per le orecchie e un po' di paura. Il dramma è che il roditore esce di notte quando c'è buio cercando cibo...girando per la camera. Come me ne sono accorto? Ho trovato il cibo che avevo lasciato sul tavolo (NB: sul tavolo e non per terra!) aperto e rosicchiato (vedi foto). Ovviamente ho segnalato il problema al proprietario che inizialmente ha negato dicendo che ero il primo a segnalarlo, cosa falsa perchè le recensioni su booking parlano già di questo problema e anche perchè l'unica cosa appesa alle pareti è un cartello che raccomanda di non lasciare cibo per terra...chissà perchè!?! Inoltre sotto la cucina si trova un sacco di veleno per topi...perchè mai!?!), quando poi ho mandato le foto delle prove della presenza del topo e ho minacciato di volere un rimborso, allora si è organizzato per cambiarmi camera.

Location relative to train station

The bathroom had mold issues making the smell permeate the apartment. Flooring was starting to swell by shower. We were only able to stay one night and had to find other accommodations. Additionally, we were trying to update owner on our arrival time and could not get them to respond to messages and the phone number provided was not functioning. We ended waiting outside property for approximately 1.5 hours that night. Called Booking Customer service and they worked to get another place. But the one chosen was too small for our group and in meantime owner responded with lockbox code to get into property. We entered and stayed one night but the mold and general condition of apartment was not healthy or satisfactory. Moved to accommodations we booked separately next morning.

The location was very good. It was a decent accommodation for the price.

As the other reviews already mentioned. Wifi was horrible. The host won't answer your questions, he will let you know how to check in though but that's about it. One of the windows didnt open in our room so it can get really hot in warm weather. The bed was small for two people. But it's very cheap compared to some of the other hotels here so if you just want a cheap place to sleep then i would recommend this. It does have all the other basic facilities you need.

Das Sofa war dreckig und uralt. Vorhänge waren kaputt. Abfall lag noch am Boden. Nach dem Duschen gab es eine grosse Lache um das WC herum. Kein Fenster oder Abzug im Badezimmer. Im Gefrierfach waren Eisberge. Treppe war dreckig. Die Dame und der Herr konnten uns die Schlüssel nicht gezielt überreichen, da unsere Namen (11 Pers.) nicht auf der Gästeliste standen (nur 1 Name war aufgeführt). Wir mussten selber schauen, wie wir unsere Zimmer verteilen.

The room come with kitchen, private bathroom and refrigerator, I can do some cooking. The location is short walking distance to train station.

The owner doesn't know speeding English, we need to communicate through Google translate. Now I realize why they didn't reply all my mails before I arrive. The owners and their children spoke very loud in the early morning (6:00am), it seen they didn't care about their guests. I had a piece of sandwich put on the kitchen counter in the morning, when we come back at night, I found the broken plastic bag with a hole on the floor and the sandwich was disappeared.

Good location to station and buses. Very good views. Large place with many facilities Mould inside one of the pans Bad smell in communal areas

Cleanliness and repair of property really needs improving. No communication once checked in so we could not ask questions or fix issues.
