I have the actual view from my room that shows in the picture. I suggest room eight!

I would suggest they put a mattress pad on top of the mattress to give it a little more padding. Other than that everything was perfect

The location was fantastic right in the main square. We parked about 300m away with a level access to the hotel which also had an elevator. The lady at reception on the 1st floor was lovely and helpful and spoke English well.

More signage would have made the hotel easier to find.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, very well located and very clean.

Photos were a little deceptive, we thought that we might have been able to see the Piazza from the room.

Despite the fact that the room was kinda big, it felt like there wasn't enough space. A better disposition of the furniture would have been probably better. Moreover, the room felt generally old. Breakfast was included but it is in a café nearby, which we couldn't have since we needed to leave the city before the café opening time. The price could have been lower, considering that Ascoli is not a main italian touristic city.

Location, some rooms with excellent view over Piazza del Popolo, family rooms, large bathroom with whirlpool bath and quality toiletries, very large comfy bed. Continental breakfast in nearby cafè, serving excellent espresso coffee and pastries. Courteous and helpful staff. We would certainly stay here again.

Super central, super comfortable, silent, large bathroom with superhot shower, super-large two-window room. Friendly staff. Self-service entrance at night (no night reception). This place is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I'd like cereals for breakfast, and the coffee shop where breakfast is served has only typical Italian breakfast with cappuccino and croissant. But the latter is also a treat every now and again.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The location was fantastic.

The room was not clean. The sheets were not clean so we had to request new ones. The place needs renovation - many things broken and damaged
