The place is very nice and clean, the staff they had become family to us now. The security is tops, the location is just perfect 5 minutes away from Sandton Mall. We are definitely going back.
The only thing I am not happy about is that they don't have a generator as a backup, the load shading
I WISH THEY OWNERS CAN CONSIDER BUYING A GENERATOR FOR THE BUILDING.

The apartment is spacious, and the location is convenient. All the pictures are updated and the place is even better in person

The location was good but it was cold in the room and the staff weren’t generous lack of coffee powder and lack of towels and if you asked for more towels or coffee than you will be charged for that…

We arrived very late, and our keys were left with the guard at the gate. Thanks for accommodating that. The place is clean and well-equipped.
Right from the word go, the only thing that everyone was interested in, was the R500 key deposit. Nothing else mattered. Once the guard has secured our all-important deposit, we were on our own - literally and figuratively. We were not shown to the apartment and had to figure out ourselves where our unit was located.
It is indicated that there is emergency lighting for load-shedding - there is none in the unit!
I think the very least you can do is put up a clear notice and warning in the unit that there is no hot water in the unit during load shedding. Not nice to find that out at 6 am when you are getting ready for work and then can not shower or shave.

First nite of our stay, the neighbor had a very loud party that definitely did not comply with noise guidelines provided to us. the party went on till morning hours. the was a pain! otherwise the rest of stay was peaceful.
