clean rooms with nice beds

The staff are so helpful, went out of their way to help me with tickets and transportation.

A wonderful place with clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent air con, free water to refill your bottles, a nice reception and the most courteous and professional staff we've come across on our 5 months of traveling from Mexico all the way down to Ecuador.

Shower wasn't exactly hot but it's so humid and warm out I didn't mind at all.

The staff was very friendly and extremly helpful. They even helped me to find a good day-tour. The location is amazing, very close to the center, only 1 block from Plaza de Armas and the Malecon. Will stay here again on my next visit.

Room was not cleaned at all, floor was full of sand (from the road works just in front of the hotel), there was still used soap in the shower. There is no warm water and you can hear every word from people in the corridor. For this price i was disappointed

the staff was polite and helpful. they spoke english and we could communicate. we enjoyed the sleep because the bed was very good. the location was just as good. close to the center. clean room.

We didn't like the breakfast and the wifi was bad.

This place was just amazing! The staff was great and very helpful - they also try to communicate in English. They pick us up from the airport, agreed on an early check-in, answered all our questions and were ready to help with everything. We were allowed to store also our luggage there for couple of days although we were not coming back to the hotel. The small cafeteria in the hotel has very good food and coffee. The atmosphere is amazing. The rooms are very clean and safe. If you are traveling to Iquitos definitely stay in this hotel.
