I liked the food, was really nice
the stuff seem a bit lost/some don't understand what are you asking and everything is very slow when it comes to bills ( the reception)

Nice and quiet location. Safe and comfortable place. Possible to hire conference room for the meetings.
Dirty curtains, dirty floor, full of hair in the sink. It should be clean for the money paid.

Masjid on 4th floor a big plus. Pretty good location, everything was operational.
Excellent buffet breakfast and great rooftop bbq restaurant. Excellent staff and hospitality.
The rooms and washrooms could use freshening up. There was a lot of second hand smoke odour coming through the vents into my particular room.

Behavior of the staff
There was dust on the furniture.

The air conditioning were not working properly. We had to change the hotel 2 am at night. The staff was also not accommodating.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Plenty of options.
Customer Service was excellent, the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful - had a lot of local knowledge and readily offered advice and suggestions about what to do and see.
Location is excellent.
Good value for money.
The hotel seemed a little tired looking, in my view it needs a little refresh.

Great selection of items for Breakfast, amazing location. We were looked after very well by the entire team. Special thanks to Zeeshan who provided exceptional service. From making the booking to ensuring my family has a lovely stay. Thank you!

We have always stayed here and it has always been a joy - staff, the food and the location.
The attitude of some staff - we ( a group of foreign tourists-6) were staying for a total in excess of 28 days and we have a previous history with the hotel. This time round, we were allocated ‘inside’ rooms (no windows) and when this was questioned by us the staff were very ‘dismissive’…. Until I was able to see the Manager, and the Exec General Manager. We felt that the Ramada staff didn’t care anymore. In the end we booked at other hotels.
