shower needs upgrading and the bed mattress was a bit too hard

all good - but if I were to offer a small improvement - pls ensure duvet covers match the size of duvets. ours were small..

The location is fantastic. All necessary facilities are at your fingertips, shops, restaurants, beautiful historical area. Price is acceptable.

Dirty stuff in the kitchen. The things are sticky and simply not possible to use them. Also, a little tidy up in the bedroom is needed, visible fingerprints and some smudges on the closed and stained curtins are unpleasant view.

Everything was great. We felt right at home from the beginning. As we travelled last minute with dog and small baby, we booked the place the evening before arrival! Immediately in the morning of the next day I got a WhatsApp message asking for my arrival time. As we arrived later in the evening, Marcin arranged for his colleague Lukas to wait for us. Lukas was waiting promptly for us and led us into the garage (the parking garage is good value for money and highly recommended even though they is limited street parking outside) and even kindly helped bring our luggage up - which we appreciated indeed. Thereafter we received a welcome map with info where the good local restaurants were, which is what I asked for :-) The apartment is well equipped with everything a family would need like kitchen utensils, washing liquids/powder, soap, clean towels and bedsheets (even for the extra bed in the living room). I hate to admit but I enjoyed Netflix there as well. Internet also good. The location is absolutely great because it’s 10mins walk to the centre of town and yet not in the middle of all the chaos when you want some peace. The Appartement we stayed in (with garden view) is looking inside and away from the Main street so it’s very quiet with no street noise. I also liked that Marcin was quick to reply and even come over and check the heaters when I asked about them (everything was fine in the end) which made us feel well looked after. Thank you again, Marcin! There are lots of restaurants around the building. The building itself has 2 restaurants and 1 bakery/coffee shop as well as a small grocery store. But if you walk in a 10mins radius you are spoilt for choice!

Not really. Maybe 2 sets of keys would have been useful but that’s only because I’m stretching my mind to find something to write here! :) I’m sorry I don’t have shareable photos to post but it does look pretty much as advertised on this website. The balcony maybe needs to have child safety nets as small children might be able to get through the railings- it was winter time so we didn’t really use the very nice balcony.

Apartment is spacious and living room is a perfect area to chill out after busy day. The place is amazingly clean. It offers all kitchen equipment which you may need during a travel. Additionally it is located close to nice bakery and amazing pasta restaurant.
