Close to front, very clean, and all the facilities were well maintained. Serve yourself breakfast and treat options were really good, and made all the difference. Would stay again in a flash.

Excellent place. Cosy and comfortable. Breakfast included juice, fruit, cereals, snacks all to have in the comfort of your room. The room itself was well decorated, comfortable and clean. Very close to Filey beach, walkable distance.

The only fault would be the stairs for the 3rd floor are very steep if you are with someone who struggles with stairs or has a disability.

Good size room-there was a nice fresh fruit salad daily and great snacks and drinks , plenty of milk and juices- tea coffee, herbal drinks choices and all fresh and very nice quality brands both in snacks and drinks.
Nice big sized tv in the room, comfy chairs, lovely big bathroom , king size bed and room spotless and c well equipped, no one opposite, very private setting

Loved the adjoining rooms and the views. Beautiful property and felt right at home straight away. The kids absolutely loved it too.

The little details made it a comfortable and enjoyable stay such as the snack station and milk in the fridge. The hair straighteners and cotton pads in the room etc. Just a really great place to stay.

The place was lovely, modern, the owners were great.

We loved the open choice of the complementary breakfast and had a lovely view of the sea from our room. At night there was no noise and was the same in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of cushions. The bathroom was all stocked up with everything you could need and had towels for all needs. We rate our stay a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(10/10)

An amazing find! I can highly recommend this Guest House. If I could give more stars, I would!
I don't often give reviews however this is truly well deserved. Luis was the perfect host. He and Charley went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family.
The rooms are well appointed with everything you need and very clean. The breakfast and snack bar, with plenty of fresh juice, fruit and water, is a fantastic idea!
Great location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.
Find a reason to go stay, you won't regret it!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nicely decorated, very comfortable bed. Helpful staff. They even let me put my motorbike in the back yard.
If I was nitpicking. For the price I would've liked a cooked breakfast, but the only availability was cereal or fruit.
Not a big deal and I would stay again.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful owners, comfortable room and beautifully maintained bathroom. Lovely selection of breakfast items and treats provided.
The bedroom was smaller than expected (although comfortable) and parking nearby was difficult.
