Loved the location, a pleasant and enjoyable spot. No noise and with everything you need nearby (shops, pharmacies, restaurants, laundry, central bus stop,...). Communication with the owner was excellent — fast, smooth, and accommodating. Very good communication and care.

Similar to some other reviews, I agree that the mattress quality could be better, as it felt very soft or used. Cleanliness was decent, but I would say that you can see signs of the apartment being used for some time. The amenities could be improved a bit. As somebody said - not very fancy but all facilities available. I believe it's suitable for a couple who don't want to spend too much time in the apartment but rather use it as a base for exploring the surroundings. However, I was in the smallest apartment based on the pictures. Other apartments are likely to be more spacious.

De prijs was redelijk, wasmachine is handig

Te weinig glazen, slechts 1 wijnglas. Geen tafeltje bij de zitbank. Geen douchegel oid. En geen plateautje om je douchespullen op te zetten. Licht in het donkere trapgat was snel uit. Sta je ineens in het donker met al je bagage, zie je niks.

L'appartamento è adatto a due persone, possibilmente una coppia, è ben pulito, ordinato, in posizione centrale di Icod. Il proprietario ci ha dato la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in un garage multiplo proprio sotto l'appartamento.
