The studio has everything one needs for a self-catering stay (kitchen and bathroom are tip-top, the studio it is equipped with all necessary amenities-configuration is a bit strange and the studio isn't immediately furnished and decorated to create warm atmosphere). It is a 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of Angers (the location is maybe not in the best area). The communication with the host Valerie was outstanding (prompt reply to questions, and very helpful with any requested information), and as 2 couples (we were just 1 couple) can comfortably stay in the apartment, it is excellent value for money.

Roomy, clean, comfortable, coffee machine with beans supplied, close to city center. Good grocery and wine stores close by. Accommodated early check in Access to apartment system was very smooth.

It was planned with great care and the furniture and fixtures made the most of the space available. The Shower was great. There were even reading lights and hook in the bathroom.

The location was perfect, a quick couple of blocks into the heart of the city and many different restaurants to choose from along the way. The hostess has thought of every possible amenity to make your stay comfortable. It is a small studio, tastefully decorated, space is maximized, and all additions are well looked after. Some places I have stayed in recently are 'turn-and-burn' and the wear-and-tear is evident, but not this place! She really pays attention to details and keeps the studio nice. The slick codes to access the building from the street and the apartment itself are state-of-the-art, which means you can arrive without having to make a key swap time arrangement, and you don't have keys to lose!

Facilities were good, communication with owners was very good. Nice that there was tea and coffee at the apartment so that we could refresh after a long drive. Shower and bathroom were very well equipped.

Very noisy location - not helped by building work taking place in adjacent building and opposite building. Work started at 7am - drilling and heavy banging. Was also quite noisy in evenings, narrow streets with high buildings meant all sound echoes loudly: some shouting and noise of passing traffic. Not a location for peace and quiet.

the location was great. it had aircon and the kitchen had lots of condiments, teas, cereal and coffee.

entering the code on the door to the apartment was very particular. It took multiple tries every time. Also the curtains didnt block enough light. It was very bright in bedrooms.

The studio was bigger I expected. It was very well appointed, ironing facilities, Netflix. Self check in was easy. The place was very clean and tidy.

No en-suite bathroom. The bathroom was away from the bedrooms.

The host was VERY quick to respond. The apartments were tastefully decorated and thoughtfully supplied. My wife needed ice for her knee and ice pack were in the freezer. Unexpected- we were very grateful
