The location is excellent. Tram line is 2 minutes away. 2 tram stops from Leipzig HBF (Main Train Station). Apartment was very clean, all appliances new, clean and functional. Very spacious. I was in number 29 which is appx 60SQM with balcony. Well organized, didn't need to call and get direction for anything. Very relaxed stay.

Just one small suggestion, check out time of 10am is a bit too early. If it is extended to 12 noon, it will be good.

Helpful personnel, nice equipment and furniture. The flat is perfectly located, nearby the walking downtown, giving onto an inner courtyard and on the main street. The facility is very quiet and easy to access.

Nice apartment, everything you need for a short, yet comfortable stay (except working WiFi!)

The WiFi was not working for 3 our the 4 nights I stayed there, and it was really hard to communicate with the owner. In the reservation they provided a phone to which when I was calling, it had a message in German only. I had to go to a bar and ask someone to listen and take notes of the email and alternative phone number provided to communicate. Once I was able to communicate they went on the following day to fix the WiFi, but when they went (I was working outside the apartment) it was working. When I arrived home, it was of course not working. Finally they provided me the password for another network, but it wasn't a nice experience.

Very easy process to check-in and check-out. Communication was good and quick. The apartment is in a very good location to reach the city center walking and there are good parking possibilities all around the location (free and tariff). Restaurants and coffee shops around the corner.

The heating was off in the bedroom and the restroom, no big deal, but it takes a while to heat the rooms up. The check-in & check-out times could be better (1500 and 1000 respectively) and it costs extra if you want to get an early-late check-in/check-out.
