The house was very clean and neat. The golf cart made it easy to get around the neighborhood and lots of fun. The house just as we thought and our cats loved the screened in patio. Would recommend this house and hosts to everyone.

We loved this place! It just felt so comfortable. We would definitely rent again. Also, Tony was quick to respond when I had a question. We had a great experience.

The Villages is our very best place to go. We stay in TV as much a possible. We were very pleased with our weekend stay at this property. It had everything we could have possibly needed. It was very comfortable and the location is perfect! We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful area, if you're looking to golf, music, dancing, great area. If you are board, it's your fault...note: if you want to golf, down load the apps they recommend for more info...visit one of their sales in one of the town squares...we liked Lake Sumter 😀

Had a great time in The Villages. This property was very clean, thoughtfully stocked, very organized, comfy beds and pet friendly. Owner was a great communicator. Very short golf cart ride or pleasant walk to the pickleball courts along with the rec center for pool or billiards. We found great restaurants and activities galore. Would rent again! My family enjoyed the screened in porch, the quiet neighborhood, the golf cart as alternative transportation, access to the pool and games. We also enjoyed having a whole house to spread out in, eat/cook at, and relax in. Tony and Deana were prompt and polite when we had need to communicate with them. There were also full home amenities (dishwasher, washer, dryer, beach towels etc..) which made the stay quite pleasant and stress free.

House was perfect, everything you need was there. Location in the Villages was perfect for traveling on the golf car to the town squares. NO complaints here. Everything was 100%. Owners where also very informative and great people. Don't hesitate to rent from them.

Loved the home and location. Wish the gas level in the golf cart had been checked prior to our arrival as we lost days of use finding a store that had a gas can and then a gas station that had rec fuel. We now know to travel to the villages with our own gas can.

House had everything we needed and we enjoyed our visit. Did not get to take advantage of the cart as it rained most. All in all it was a very good getaway

The villa is in an excellent location, we love all the dog themes and it was a great, clean place. Kitchen was well equipped and the four person golf cart was a great way to get around the villages. Highly recommend!

Great house in a nice neighborhood. We had our bikes so we were able to ride everywhere. We were about 5 minutes from the Rec Center. The golf cart was super for going to all the squares. The owner was very helpful and took care of any needs we had. We would recommend this home to everyone.

The home was exactly as advertised - clean, well furnished and a very good value

First, let me say that the communication with Tony was incredible. He seemed to sense when I had a question because his responses were almost instant. Additionally, at the last minute before our check in we had an issue and he was very accommodating Couldn't have been better. And it was an added benefit to be able to take our pup Luna with us. She had a blast on our nightly walks around the neighborhood. After we entered the villa for the first time, we received an unexpected reward. You see, from 1996 to 2009 we had a Colony Villa much like this one. We rented it for a few years and in 2005 we moved my parents - both in their late 80's - into our villa. They were so happy there and loved being in The Villages. In 2007 they celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary (I know - isn't that crazy ??) in the villa and Mom and Dad all five of us kids (one from Oregon and one from Michigan) were together for the first time in 10 years (their 60th anniversary). We had a great family time then and so many good times while they lived there. Dad passed in 2005 (age 92) and Mom passed in 2010 (age 97). The unexpected reward? The flood of happy memories! Tony's place was virtually identical to our villa and even the light switches activated the same lights. We felt so at home. Comfortable and welcomed. Thanks Tony for the unexpected gift. We have already recommended the villa to other family members for an upcoming Villages visit next year. And if we ever have a need to rent again, we will be calling Tony! Thank you my new friend for all you did for us. Treat all your new renters just as you did us - and there won't be a problem. Our Best - Tim, Staria and Luna pup

Our family had a wonderful stay. Tony was always available to help whenever we needed it, including getting us pool passes. Check in and out was super easy. Everything was wonderful. I was especially grateful they accepted pets since our Yorkie was with us. We always love visiting The Villages!
