not much - do not book this appartment

there was a lot of hair from other persons in the bathroom, on the sofa and in the bed. we booked this appartment because of the washing maschine - the maschine is not good to use. it was not cleaned in a long time and smelled horrible - our cloths came out worse than before. in the bathroom there was a constant smell of canal/sewage which was also terrible. the owner told us that there is new cleaning staff and maybe they are not doing the job good but the washing maschine wasn't cleaned in years in my opinion. furthermore we got the information that the owner is trying to sell the appartment - when we were looking for the key we ran into a real estate agent who did a tour in the appartment. so when you book this room - maybe it will be sold when you are having your stay there. who knows.

Felt like a home away from home, comfortable beds and clean amenities. Very spacious

Tv wasnt working or the connection had an issue, nvr got resolved.

It was a bit confusing with the little black lock box. It is quite tiny and located next to the door to the apartment :) It's a small plastic box about 10cm or so in height, for future visitors, but otherwise super cool place to stay.

Nice studio with everything we needed, well equipped kitchen. Location very good, in walking distance to centre of town and also to the bus station. Small supermarket just around the corner. The door to the elevator/lift looks like a cupboard door, took us a while to find out, but very handy to go to the 4th floor.

A clean, modern and well equipped apartment in the center of Rovaniemi. The bed was super comfortable and no noises during night hours.

+ The studio is really pretty + Check-in and check-out very easy. Key is in a 'safe' whose code you are told in time. + You can find anything you want and need. Coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, dishwasher with tabs, vacuum cleaner, washing machine with detergent, pots, pans, plates, dishes etc. There is also a safe + The studio is very centrally located, everything within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

- They gave me a wrong password and when i asked for the correct one they were pretty unfriendly. Tip: Just write through booking, they won't answer you through WhatsApp - altough they offer you this. Hint, if you get the same wifi: the 'å' at the end does not belong there. - Unlike other guests (you could see that in the pictures), we didn't get any attentions put on the table (except candies). There was not even a water bottle. - There were construction works right at the opposite of the studio which started at 6 am Neutral: o The Sauna was okay but somehow a bit noisy. o The floor of the bathroom gets wet when showering because the shower is right next to the toilet and there is no like step o The accomodation is in the middle of a residential building o airport transfer is not included o breakfast for 15 euros/person/day o no cleaning

The internet is terrible, doesn’t work basically They didn’t notice that shampoo, body gel and hand wash gel were empty before we came…if you ask, they will provide you next day If you want to cook, they provide you pots, a lot plates, cups and so on..but you have to buy stuff like salt and oil yourself The wash machine somehow doesn’t work They provided a storage room with full of stuff in it, confusing…

absolutely exceptional. would stay again in a heart beat, only sad it was just 1 night. parking was available and host was absolutely wonderful to deal with and very quick at responding. sauna was absolutely lovely! and kitchen very very well equipped. we appreciated the coffee machine, coffee and tea! thank you so much. we loved the location, right in the heart of town! walking distance to everything we needed and a gorgeous little bakery around the corner!

they have a Construction in front at the apartment and they begin to working around 7:00 every day and they use a heavy machine. retro excavadoras broken rocks at that time we can’t rest properly and they do not explain in the condition before rent

There was construction going on beside the building and the noise was disturbing but i guess it can’t be helped and it’s not the owner’s fault.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, all facilities we needed. There was powder coffee, candies, hot chocolate, porridge and other snacks which were a nice surprise. We were able to check in earlier which helped a lot. Location is great all shops near by. Very nice playground for kids (angry bird) just at the end of the road, my son loved it. Other good point is we are able to lock the bags any time we wanted as they provide with a key.

The only thing i didn't like was the noise from construction in front of the apartment but we could not hear much with the door locked.

Everything was clean and presented well. And ready to welcome us. Everything we needed was available.
